We fell in love with the room and the location — it was the best place to stay. It truly felt like home. The room was clean, spacious, and cleaned daily. The view from the window looked directly onto a beautiful church. It was cosy and comfortable. We loved everything and highly recommend it!

Room with a View 105 is outstanding. The room is bright, spacious, and quiet, with modern furnishings and a comfortable bed. Everything feels thoughtfully arranged and in excellent condition. The location is hard to beat. You’re within easy walking distance of key attractions, with plenty of good food, coffee, and local shops just around the corner. Public transport is nearby, but you won’t need it much. Cleanliness was flawless. The room was spotless on arrival and clearly kept to a high standard. Fresh linens, tidy bathroom, no signs of wear or neglect. The support from the host was excellent. Communication was fast, clear, and helpful from booking through to check-out. Any questions were answered quickly and politely.

I loved everything about this stay! Frederica picked us up from the train station and showed us around the neighborhood. She provided great recommendations for local restaurants and even helped us book reservations at one of the locations. (If you stay here, no need to look up places to eat because Frederica’s list was amazing.) She also provided a map and gave us an overview of the city and the metro. It is very close walk to the Colosseum, but this area has a local feel, away from the tourism. The view from the room was great as well. I highly recommend everyone stay here.

Apartment is great, clean and with everything you need. View is amazing and even you are in the center of the city you don't hear the noise. Apartment is cleaning every day and every 3️⃣. Day you've got a new towels. You've got a coffee maker and free coffee with a view every day. Colosseum is 10 minutes away, and metro station is 5 minus away, so you can get wherever you want in less than 15 minutes. We have a great time here, and we are so grateful to our hosts. Hope to come back soon.

It's a bit on the noisy side because of the street - if you're a light sleeper, just be aware that earplugs are recommended. Also, it would have been nice to have the showerhead a little higher up.

Comfy place, very convenient. The people who took care of me for this place were very helpful - they drove me to the place from the train station and even came to help me figure out the window at nighttime. The beds are fine and the bathroom is decent.

Very good location,cleaning in the room was every day.The neiboughood was nice and quiet. 7 minutes walking distance to Coliseum. We came after check in hours,but we could do it on our own with a code, was very easy. Very easy communication with a host. Very pleasant stay. Thank you:)

Beautiful room in an old building, very tastefully decorated. The streets are full of wonderful restaurants. Host was very helpful checking in, actually meeting me personally late at night. Street is lively and noisy during the day but totally quiet at night. AND right across my window was a church like building, with beautiful architecture.

This was such a beautiful, comfortable room. We stayed 5 nights and felt it was a great location, about 10mins walk to the Colosseum and easy access to the metro with Manzoni station 10mins walk. Buses also readily available. Room is spacious with lots of space for luggage, clothes etc. Lockable safe, fridge, kettle. Bathroom is tiny but functional. The view of the church opposite was lovely and even though the street could be noisy, as soon as you close the windows you cany hear anything. An added bonus was the host picking us up from the train station and taking us for a drive around the neighbourhood, thanks Federica!
