If you are coming by train or bus with a big luggage, it is quite a walk from station to the place. Also make sure you can carry your luggage because part of the way is going up and down stairs of the train track overpass. The room (ceiling) needs repair. The toilet flush is very noisy and loud. Its like there was a train passing every time we flushed. There were mosquitoes.

First of all, I would like to thank the staff on the phone who helped us get in earlier than usual check in time and in getting into the building and our room for the first time. The room was bigger than average. There is a ref with many pitchers of cold water. Perfect on a summer day The bed was comfortable and there is terrace. There are 2 small supermarkerts and coffeshops nearby. Very close to the shopping mile and Centro Storico

I live in 612 and the private toilet is linked to the communal toilet, there is no door but a window connecting it.The communal toilet was loud and running. Unable to store luggage.

The room was large, with an old lift, and not too bad. Lots of space but slightly poor soundproofing. The bathroom is ok, with shower gel bath towels provided. To check in you need to fill out a form and pay a city tax of 2 euros per person. The flat is a 10-minute walk from the station.

In the message they send, they say you cant access the accommodation after 23:00 so you dont disturb the other guests, as it is a big apartment with many rooms, but you can hear the traffic outside very loud, and the hot water in the bathroom is working after some time, if you open the water from the sink also.

The location is very good, very close to train station, clean and comfortable. They called me for forgetting my charger.

Set-back was that the pillows were way too high and there was only one type. Additionally, the warm water supply in the evening was gone so we could only shower lukewarm.

The location is good, the room was spacious and we had a little balcony. Cleanliness was ok and the room was well maintained and relatively modern including an AC. Definitely good value for money and better than a previous stay we had in Bari.

Street noise could be a bit much, but not necessarily the hotels fault. Mould in shower.

Room was a little dated and the kitchenette probably not suitable for a long-term stay.

An easy walk from the station and to access based on the online guidance provided. Shower was quite nice and room warmed up nicely in late December.

Cons: - I didn’t understand from the property info, that there is only one WC/bathroom for all five rooms. It wasn’t so bad in November, but I don’t want to imagine what will it be like in June and July, when it’s full of tourists. - It is so noisy at night from the street, that it’s very hard to fall asleep. They scream and honk till 3-4am. First day I was like a zombie, because I slept only three hours because of the noise. Crazy Italians :)

Pros: - Incredible positioning. 5 mins from the Central Train Station. 15 minutes to the old town and the Saint Nicholas cathedral, where they have his bones (I was there as pilgrim as many of you) - The rooms are on the Main Street so everything you need is close - food, fun, everything.

Make sure that you have a working phone before staying here. We are the exception I'm sure, but we did not have a SIM card for Italy (arrived too late to get one), so we had no working phone to get into the building! Mostly our fault, but a heads up for any who stay here. Owner would have met up with us if they could, so again, probably an isolated incident.

It was a nice location from the bus/train station in Bari. Easily walkable from the station. Had basic amenities, and had everything that you would need for a one or two night's stay. Owner was responsive and helpful.

Getting into the flat was difficult because there are two identical buildings with identical doors. It was dark and we went to the wrong one, there was no indication of the company on the outside of the correct building but there was on the incorrect one. We were very worried. It was a relief to meet three young girls who spoke English at the door of the incorrect building, they told us there was another door down the road. It wasn't a good start.

Very nice to have the coffee machine, thank you for leaving pods for us.

The best aspect about this property is definitely location. Also whole apartment is clean and well-groomed.
