I wanted the curtains and window open for fresh air, but then a bright light on the building would keep me awake. A small issue.

Staff were efficient and very friendly. Breakfast was terrific. It's quiet. Free cake awaited us at the bar! Fabulous shower water pressure.

Everything about our stay was perfect. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the spotless rooms and thoughtful amenities, every detail exceeded expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, breakfast was delicious, and the complimentary shuttle made getting around Ortisei effortless—bus down to town, then ride back up with ease. I would highly recommend Hotel Ronce to anyone visiting Ortisei.

Everything was fantastic.

We loved our stay at Hotel Ronce. The staff was super helpful…suggested we take the gondola up on arrival, have lunch, and get oriented. Great suggestion! It was close enough to gorgeous Ortisei to walk there (it’s a steep uphill on the return, and there is a bus if necessary). Breakfast was fantastic, and it was a perfect launching spot for Seceda, Sassolungo, and many of the other beautiful hikes in the area.

The location is on a hill above the town, however this does provide wonderful views over the town and the cable car. There are hourly busses and a private shuttle service after 6:30pm. It was raining on the nights we stayed and the shuttle driver made multiple trips down into town to ensure hotel guests weren’t waiting too long in the rain.

Lovely hotel - more than it’s 3 star rating! Staff were attentive and friendly and the breakfast spread is honestly some of the best we’ve seen. All in all very enjoyable would definitely come back!

Had a beautiful view from my room, the breakfast was great and staff were super friendly and helpful. They give clear instructions on how to get the bus to the hotel so it’s very easy. As a solo traveler I really enjoyed my stay here :)

We had a wonderful stay. It's a family-run hotel, so you immediately feel at home. The breakfast was good, and the staff is very friendly. I definitely want to come back. I often think about the lovely week we had in the beautiful surroundings.

There was a huge heatwave going on so without any AC or fans the room was quite hot. But I got my good nights' sleeps still. Hotel is up a steeeeep hill so if you don't like hiking there are some shuttle schedules you need to be wary of.

Marvelous 4 day stay at Hotel Ronce was definitely the highlight of my trip. I was doing hiking and the guidance I got from Helene who works at the bar at evening shift was invaluable! All the other staff were the best as well. Room had a nice view and a balcony, and bed and pillow were great. Excellent very large breakfast buffet as well, kudos! And parking for the car was great.

Big room with balcony and amazing view of Ortesei and mountains (including Seceda). Lovely breakfast with good variety and nice coffee. Staff were really welcoming and informative about the area. Short walk to centre but also free bus/shuttle available up and down. Highly recommend! Thank you for a great stay!

Great location. Even though it’s close to downtown, it is a steep climb up to the hotel; so the hotel offers a great shuttle service as well as a city bus service. We also got a great care package for our dog when we checked in! The staff were friendly and willing to offer recommendations and knowledge on the best hikes and restaurants. And the breakfast was very good!

I thought the bar/restaurant could offer more than a few things on the menu. The hotel is high up off the main town, and it was helpful to be able to have a nighttime meal. The goulash was very good, but more options would be better.

Staff were all so helpful, relaxed, and happy. The wellness centre was great. Breakfast was amazing. The view out of our room window was spectacular.
