You are only allowed to enter the accommodation when the person responsible for the place is at home, so if you want to go out or something like that, you may have to stay to the side and outside if the host is not at home and if they are sleeping. The doorbell of the place does not work

its a bit smelly inside and looks generally unkempt but its all cosmetics and from a functional point of view the hotel is a solid 10/10. it is essentially a shared apartment where you have a spacious room with a big bed and comfy pillows. also if there are other people in the rooms you can hear every single one of their door movements and it seems like someone is breaking in to your room but no

very convenient location, very easy to get to from the airport and in a radius of 2 blocks there is a great restaurant (STRADAROMANA) and a supermarket (tigre)

We stayed at double room with extra bed. Big downside - its very hard to adjust water temperature in the shower, almost impossible, it was either very cold for on sec and very hot for the other, very frustrating. The cleanliness could be improved. Also make sure you notice that there is 5e tax/person/night, which we didn’t notice, thought it was included and chose this place only for the lower price (we booked just few weeks before, so not a lot of options). Also check-in after 22pm is 10e. No natural light (windows to a closed backyard, floor -2).

The location was ok, near Triburtina station. The communication with the host was smooth. Metro is near. There is nice cafes around the area, and away from lots of tourists, so it’s a bit more enjoyable. Not a lot of crowds around.

Helpful staff - we could check in earlier and they saved the cable we forgot in the room after check out so we could come back for it and pick it up.

The room is cold. Heating system does not work. Water is not very hot. If you want to stay 3 or more days, it is problem. Can not find hot water is really problem. But can ask them before booking the apartment. Maybe they fixed it after me.

Staff very good. They reply you immediately. Kitchen is very good. Location is near to Metro Bologna. But need to walk 10 minutes approx. Very silent place.

We had only one light sheet, in october, and the bidet in the bathroom is leaking, so the bathroom gets flooded real quickly.

The construction site nextdoor was noisy and full of lights. The shower needs to be upgraded, the shower head is a bit broken and the shower door doesnt work properly. The room was quite warm as there is no AC yet installed but they provided a good quality fan which helped a lot.

Very close to Tiburtina station. The host was friendly and easy to reach throughout the day. When we arrived later than planned, in the evening it was no problem (though checking in after 11pm costs 10 euros). There's a properly equipped kitchen with cold water in the fridge prepared for the guests. Also washingmachine is available

The bathroom wasn’t clean at all, there was mold on the floor, the room was really hot there are only fans but no A/C and the bedsheets smelled weird. The door handle to our room was broken so it didn’t feel too safe, it fell off every time we opened the door. The price and location were the only good things, just like 3-4 blocks away from Tiburtina Station and the host was nice, so if you’re staying for one night I might recommend it but for more nights it will be uncomfortable so not worth the cheap price.

Bathroom wasn't very nice and there was a building under construction right out of our room.

Beds were comfortable and rooms had plenty of room. It was cheap and the kitchen had everything you'd usually need.
