Staff were very kind! We were able to contact them before and during staying by WhatsApp and their reply was super fast! Also, their instructions were very clear. This hotel is located in absolutely convenient area from airport and to the main places. The room was comfy and common space provided bread and drinks to visitors. The hotel kindly allowed us to leave luggage after checking-out. Definitely, we’ll choose here when we come to Rome again.

1- The elevator works fine, but it's bit small—fits about two people. 2- Wi-Fi worked well but the signal could be a bit stronger.

1- The location was perfect—just a 10–30 minute walk to places like Castel Sant’Angelo, the Vatican Museums, and the historic center. Lots of great coffee shops and restaurants nearby too. 2- The staff were super friendly and made check-in/check-out really easy. They were happy to answer all our questions. 3-The room was very clean, which we really appreciated. 4-There were lots of power outlets in our room, and they all worked great—super handy for charging phones and other stuff. 5-Loved that the bathroom had a bidet in our room! 6-The place felt really quiet and safe, which made our stay even better.

Top location, near metro and bus. Close to the Vatican. The room was spacious and clean. It felt pretty quiet in comparison with other places in a noisy Rome. It was good value for the money.

The bathroom was awkward because of how it was configured in the door opening but it was not a problem.

Position was great, couple of minutes from the metro station, room was clean, the bed very comfortable and acoustically isolated from the outside, only in the morning could you hear everything from the corridor in front. I would definitely stay here again. Great value for the price.

From my perspective bed was firm. I like an medium to soft bed.

Arminio, the manager was very helpful. Location is 15 minutes from Vatican. It's situated in a quiet zone. Metro station is 5 minute away on foot. I strongly recommend this hotel to visit Rome. I'll definitely come back next time.

A nice place near Vatican City and close to metro. And a super friendly host! The apartment was big enough for 2 people. The hot water and coffee with milk were available 24h and in the morning nice croissants were served as breakfast. The bad was pretty comfortable. No problems with water in the bathroom. Everything was clean. The building has an elevator, but it is small. In spring there were no blossoming trees, critical for people with allergies, unlike the center of Rome.

Perfect accommodation just 10 minutes walk from Vatican city (maybe even less if you are fast), new, modern, clean and really nice. It´s in really calm location, close to everything that you need for your stay in Rome (Vatican city, Rome centre, bus stop to the airport SIT shuttle bus, shops...). If we come to Rome, this will be our first choice.

The definition of hidden gem. Rome’s Gloria hotel is located at one of the best neighbourhoods of Rome. Away from the noise and the crowded streets but still within walkable distance of the historical center. It is very silent which something rare in Rome. The receptionist is an extremely friendly guy which helps with everything and gives recommendations regarding restaurants and other attractions of Rome. Highly recommended

There was not much silence in the corridor outside our room and as a result every conversation of the manager with the customers could be heard loudly in our room.It should be fixed I think and everything will be perfect.

The hotel is in a great location and isn’t far from metro if you wish to travel around town. The rooms are spotlessly clean and modern. The bed is comfy and it’s very easy to communicate with the property via WhatsApp. They also have a receptionist until 8pm. We arrived early and they let us check in without any extra charges. I would highly recommend.
