I booked it assuming it a hotel or a bed and breakfast. It turned out to be a room in a shared apartment. I did not expect that. Moreover, the lock to the room does not work. So we had to sleep with the door unlocked, not a nice experience to have with a 2 year and 4 year old kids in an apartment shared with guests that we don’t know. That was shocking. My sleep lacked quality as I had to be partially on guard.

I like it is cleanliness. It was spotless.

Perhaps this is our fault, but many of the reviews mentioned the hotel was family run, and we were asked to provide our estimated time of arrival. Because of this, we assumed we would meet our hosts, though sadly, we never did. This, combined with the frustrating entry to the parking courtyard, left us feeling a little underwhelmed. We expected more, but this is, unfortunately, the norm in the post COVID hotel environment.

The space was clean and functional, and the soundproofing was enough to prevent any disturbance from the singing cicadas in the day. Parking was available for 10 euro a night, but instructions to enter the building's courtyard were not provided to our knowledge. We asked once prior to our arrival and a second time on check-in.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, location was very convenient. Kitchen was excellently equipped and everything was very clean. There was AC as well.

A little bit of challange to find

It was nice apartment, it has everything you need. Also you can park in courtyard. The location is okay (only google maps doesn’t show the excat location - u have to enter from main street to this block). It’s 25 minutes walking to city centre.

It's complicated to park the car: inside the compound is paid and the host couldn't say clearly where it was around and free in the surrounding streets. Most of the rooms are on the street side what brings on noise at night.

It's a nice place with a big kitchen, the host contacted us to explain the check-in which was nice. It's a 15 minutes walk to the centre

No wine glasses and the net curtain needs washing

I had a lovely time. The room was spotless and cosy. It was very close to Verona Porta Nuovo train and bus station. The bus 199 takes me directly to Verona airport.

As a non-smoker, I found that the room had a strong smell. Maybe the person before smoked there so I told the host cause I didn’t want any extra charges but didn’t really solve anything. I get is hard to solve that but it was really annoying. Also, it is quite far from the main attractions, if you don’t mind walking is great.

The apartment is nice! It has what you need. It also has a washing machine but you have to pay 5€ to use it and the dryer doesn’t work. It makes yo my feel at home.

Maybe shared bathroom only... Nothing else

Facility is very close to the train station and flixbus stop. Facility owner lady is very kind and helpfull. She gave us good information on the places to see in the City and where to eat. Facility is very clean . Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Shared kitchen is full equipped.

It was a little noisy at times.

My stay here was great! I had a 3 person room while travelling alone so there was lots of space. The room had a well working tv, comfortable beds and a great bathroom. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The heating and air were controlled by an app that had to be downloaded.

The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The bed and bath linens were good quality. The rooms were nicely decorated. The property is very convenient to the train station.

The parking spot was a little bit hard to reach because of the gates of the complex of buildings which were closing after a certain hour.

The bidet hose leaked.

It was a great location, close to the train station. Very clean and WELL appointed. The kitchen had everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. Beds and linens were great!

All was fine.

Just 5 min walk from the train station you can find a nice place to stay for some days in beautiful Verona. All is nice and clean and there is even a washing machine in the kitchen, that you may use, if you ask.

We had a few communication hiccups and an issue with key on arrival but Daniele was super great at helping us sort it out and we really appreciated her quick attention

We needed somewhere close by the train station as we arrived late and left early a couple of days later and this was great. A private room in a shared apartment with maybe 4 rooms...shared bathroom and kitchen, but just lovely nd fresh with the comfiest bed and a good.price.

The host provided detailed instructions to access the apartment via WhatsApp, including negotiating the pedestrian gate and security door before accessing the front door key on a chain from a key safe - a little like clues to an escape room!

This was a delightful shared appartment very close to Verona station, and handy for the bus routes into town. The bedroom was comfortable and welcoming, and kitchen and bathroom facilities were of a high standard (if you don't mind sharing).

The building complex looks awful. Although there is a lift, you have to climb some steps, so it is not recommended in case of wheelchairs, prams or mobility issues. Unfortunately, there is no luggage deposit. We had an issue regarding the tourist tax, so make sure you are shown the actual prices to avoid misunderstandings.

It is not a hotel, but an apartment. We never met any staff, check in was by following instructions sent by message. Room was ok. Shower head was loose but functioned.
