Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The room was great, the staff very helpful and accommodating and the taxi driver Sergio brought me right to the hotel door with it being quite late when I arrived. Highly recommend this hotel. 🤩

The only thing that the hotel lacks is a tiny in room fridge for beverages especially in the summer

I liked the way you can commute from the hotel. It's 12 minutes to roma termini. The area is full of shops and restaurants

Arriving late at night little challenging to find somewhere close to park and offload luggage and then not many places close by to eat by foot.

Clean and comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable room. Aircon and shower were both excellent. Perfect position for getting to the station for the bus to to the airport. Nice coffee machine for guest use and bootled water. The entry to the building and room uses a code pad which is sent before arrival. Would reccomend this hotel to anyone using the nearby airport.

The one thing I didn’t like about the property was the shower, way to small, I couldn’t move and the shower head was fixed and very high, so taking a shower involved getting wet from head to toe hair included, and I didn’t exactly needed to wash my hair.

I liked everything about the property, form the stuff and how quick and prompt they were, supper attentive. The room was clean and AC worked perfectly specially considering the heat in Rome. They helped me finding nearby restaurants, they are super close to the train station and in a calm area, also helped book my taxi for the morning and they are located super close to the ciampino airport.

Unfortunately the power was out when we got there but we were early and the staff made us comfortable. No fault of thier own as it was off across the city. The Wifi was a little slow and there were a few bugs in the room. The walls were very thin, we could hear our neighbour snoring. We couldn't find much restaurants etc around but we found a small cafe and supermarket which was handy. Felt like we were in the middle of nowhere a bit but it did the job for us.

Great hotel, we appreciated them letting us check in early with two young kids. Great communication. Handy having a vending machine. Freshly renovated. Great housekeeping who turned the room around quickly for us. Lovely reception staff. The rooms were clean and tidy.

I wasn't staying longer!

The air conditioning was great, and the rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and featured a fantastic shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash – exactly what we needed before catching our flight. The balcony was a lovely bonus too. A special mention to the incredibly friendly reception staff – nothing was too much trouble. I simply asked how to book a taxi for the next day, and the receptionist arranged everything for us. She even recommended a brilliant little pizzeria for dinner. Top-notch service from start to finish.

You could hear other people in the seating area while trying to sleep. Also, the snoring from the adjacent room didn't help. For the size of the shower, I don't think it's particularly a good shower head to have. A smaller one that can be taken off the wall or be lowered would be good. You can't really have a shower without washing your hair. Make a shower cap available??

Location seams pretty close to the Ciampino Airport, but you have to go all the way around to get there. It took us 20 minutes of taxi ride with morning traffic. If you plan to walk - it will be more than an hour.

The room is nice and clean, has a balcony. Beds are comfy. It's also a coffee machine in the lobby offering free drinks. No nonsense check in and check out.

We stayed here for one night due to an early flight. The location of the accommodation is excellent – we reached the airport shuttle with just a few minutes’ walk, and we were at the airport in about 15 minutes. The place was nice and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful, they answered all my questions immediately before our arrival!

There was no staff around, but plenty of instructions. But the fire alarm went off really loudly and it took over 10 minutes for someone to come and turn it off

It was late evening when I arrived and found it difficult to locate and enter the property.. The room (single) was very small. There was TV in room, however the screen was somehow obstructed by shelving. It would have been good to have been informed about watet/ coffee available in breakfast room at check in..I was lucky to have found a very nice pizzairia nearby.. Taxi to airport reserved by hotel cost 20e.
