How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It’s an Italian thing, so can’t really complain, but I will never understand why they have no proper comforter in the winter season, just a bed sheet. It’s cold. Also, the entrance is…questionable. The apartment is located in a busy tourist area, so it’s understandable that it’s in a historical building, but the entrance/staircase/corridors leading up to the apartment should seriously be renovated. They are so dirty I was appalled.
Very modern & clean, especially for Italian standards 🫣 Very comfortable bathroom.

Bathroom little bit cold
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Just for us ! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy .Housekeeping did an excellent job . I also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and location excellent. We were very grateful to be able to lock our bags up and spend time walking around Rome all day before flying out that night.

We liked everything about this place. As everyone else has said, the location was great. Room.was.appealing, clean, comfortable, and spaciious (èspecially by European standards). Room had all the things we needed, i.e., iron, ironing board, hair dryer, towels, umbrellas, etc. All staff were over-the-top helpful, polite, kind, and accommodating. We won't hesitate to book again if we are in Rome.

We had an amazing time in this place. The Manager was fantastic! The Staff helped us with everything. The room and the bathroom were huge and very very clean. Excellent location, the best one in Rome few steps from the Spanish Steps. We can't wait to go back there. It will be our favourite spot in Rome.

Communication with the hosts was very easy. Their driver picked us up from the airport, and when we arrived at the hotel, we were immediately greeted by the hosts and check in was quick, then they showed us to our room. It was one of two rooms in the building. It was the largest hotel room I've ever stayed in in Europe by far. Extremely clean, big bathroom with stand up shower, TV with Netflix, and view of a beautiful street right outside the window. In the heart of Piazza di Spagna with easy access to shops and restaurants.

Everything was perfect
This is an excellent location. The apartment is brand new and has great air conditioning. Everything is super clean and the host, Luca, is very helpful and courteous. Highly recommend.

Last night and morning didn’t have hot water and no refund offered by management. Just got a ‘that’s weird’ with no explanation.
