The only little issue was the shower, it was a bit clogged, so while showering it would pool at your feet....

The accessibility was great, the beds were comfortable, the space in the room was great!

The location is not that close to walk to the center and maybe not the cleanest area. But there is a metro station with around 8 min walk.

Clean, spacious room and friendly staff. Self check-in. The apartments are part of a block with several buildings but it was easy to find it, is quiet (for the rooms that look in the courtyard), you feel safe and you feel you are like a local. The neighborhood has a nice cafe and restaurant.

The doors of all rooms were noisy. The bed was fine but not amazing.

The room was nice and quiet (inner courtyard). It was clean, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious for Italy. Had access to the kitchen as well as coffee in the morning. We used the smart TV to watch F1 which was nice!

A little noisy, the noise of the cars are quite high even with closed window. It is beside a 4 lane way with big traffic.

Nice and clean room with cold and quiete aircon. Relatively good location if you intend to visit Rome using public transportation. Very flexible and kind reception.

It’s just the curtains that needs fixing but we didn’t mind. All was well, i just wish we have thicker blankets to get more comfortable.

We had problems with the toilet leaking water but the staff helped and we were offered a new room.

Everything was fine, breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. It’s about 1,5km from the colosseum so it’s a bit of a walk to get to the main attractions. But very close to the main station with also has its benefits.

There are better hotels, stayed at another one near the station and it was better. The breakfast options are poor and the security is poor

It's old, located on the second floor, was a little bit hard to get there with suitcases, but overall nice, clean and the staff is friendly.

The water in the shower wasn't very warm the first morning and one of the sockets came off the wall, but both things were swiftly fixed by the lovely staff. The main problem we had was that the room didn't have just one bed, but two beds pushed together, and they were constantly separating, which was a bit annoying. Other than that, it was good.

The room was clean, the staff was accommodating and kind, the room was quiet and we were offered a free coffee every time we left in the morning. Online check-in was easy and practical, and as we arrived late, it was a huge plus not to have to deal with check-in after our flight. The location was great, 8 minutes away from a subway stop and 20 minutes away (on foot) from the Colosseum. We walked everywhere!

Our room was on the street so was a bit noisy before 11 pm.

Lydia was so very helpful with all of our questions. The location was perfect to use the tram, bus and metro. Bed was so comfortable. This boutique hotel was so quaint. Also loved being able to get tea and coffee whenever we wanted.

First of all, the hotel didn’t have a front desk… at all! It was someone there from 8 to 12, to prepare the breakfast and clean the rooms, but that’s it! Second, we specifically booked a room for smokers and this room didn’t have any facilities for that! No ashtray, no balcony! Third, the breakfast was very poor! Very limited in options and quantities! Lastly, the hairdryer from the bathroom didn’t work!

Mostly small things: Entering the first time was somewhat confusing but luckily I ran into other guests who were nice enough to show me the way in (the instructions I got were accurate though). The sound proofing inside the apartment is not great and if someone arrives late or leaves early, you will hear it. Pillows were flat, I had to use two. I didn't sleep great. Breakfast was not good for me. I tried it once and other days I just had juice / coffee and bought breakfast in coffee bars on my way. The location is away from most tourist attractions. Public transport is available but it is still quite a trip to get anywhere.

This is a room in an apartment with five such rooms. It's about 15 min walk from Termini, and there are restaurants and stores nearby. Coffee and tea are available in the common area of the apartment. I had room 2 which was large and comfortable with a sofa, a desk etc. The room was organized daily. Sheets and towels were not changed over the three nights period, but it was fine for me.

Rooms weren’t as big as they looked in photos. A little way out of the city but near Termini so easy to access buses and trams Hairdryer caught on fire at the plug 🔥
