If you looking for a place to sleep it is fine. But: -The shower has mold -The bathroom always smells bad -lot of cable sticks out of the wall, the electric sockets are dangerous

-Close to Termini -Lot of good restaurants near by (literally 3-4 in 100m) -AC worked greatly -When i asked for more shower gel etc. the owner of the place was always helpful and very fast

The security there was not that great. There is nothing preventing people from getting into your room and grabbing your stuff.

For the price and location I think this place is pretty great overall. Considering the difference in price between this and other spots I think it's acceptable for a few nights!

They helped me to solve a problem within my reservation. The hostel is quiet and tidy; you may reach Termini Railway Station in 15 min walking.

They took 10 euro more just because i check in late. Also they took 2 euro for towel .That was my very first bad experience with that Roman place.my question if they take money for late check in so why they didn't write on there website.

Honestly not as bad as I thought it would be given other reviews. Rome is a huge city, it was my first time here, so I really only needed a place to sleep at night, and this room was perfectly adequate. The staff were very helpful and kind. You get what you pay for truly. The only thing is the location isn’t awesome but I would’ve known that if I did more research- but still I never felt unsafe. Very close to many bus/train/tram stops, so it’s very accessible. It is CASH ONLY though for check in which I didn’t know (was no issue after).

I am currently staying at Roman Place Room on the 1st floor with my daughter. This is our second night. While I appreciate the clean bathroom and comfortable bed, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with some aspects of the stay: 1. **Late Check-in Fee:** I was charged an extra fee for arriving after 10 PM, which was unexpected and not clearly communicated at the time of booking. 2. **Lack of Towels:** Upon arrival, the room had no towels. I messaged the property, and towels were delivered the next morning at 7 AM — which was inconvenient. 3. **Payment Confusion:** I paid for the room using my card and received a receipt. I also received the key and have been staying here without issue. However, I received a message from Booking.com stating that my card was declined. This is confusing and concerning, as I have proof of payment. Please investigate this payment issue and confirm that everything is in order. I would also appreciate it if you could review the handling of late check-in and the towel situation, as it affected our overall experience. Thank you for your attention to these matters. Bathroom needs some renovation You have to pay for towels The heating was not working but there was a portable fan to replace it.

Good position just 10 minutes on foot from the termini railway station and easy to reach Colosseum and other attractions on foot. Room was big. Supermarket nearby Wifi was working fine.

The staff asked to pay the entire booking money in cash. Overall, sounded very shady. The room was extremely basic; the furniture looked as if picked from the streets (not good ones of course), the window had no curtain, no towels, or any other amenities provided. It was borderline clean. We moved to another place the next day.
