I had to pay the city tax and the room fee by cash and the person who did the check-in said she didnt have the machine to pay with card/apple pay. So I had to go to Roma Termini to get some cash, which was a bit inconvinient, costing me time and more money.

The location wasnt that bad, close to Roma Termini and other places. However, it felt safer to walk during the day than the night. The hotel is like an apartment, the “rooms” are like apartment rooms so, you share the bathroom with other people, theres no kitchen. The room was okay if you want to stay for a day or two, it has air conditioning. However I had to ask the room next door to use the remote to turn on and off the air conditioning because mine wasnt there. The bed was small but comfy, Shower head was low, they provided a towel and I had to bring my own body soap, tooth paste.

The room was cleaned and we got clean towels pretty late, it was cleaned in the day before we left (we stayed 3 nights ~4days). A very tiny tv. That bathroom specially was in pretty bad condition, it had cold warm water etc, functionality was there but not the best. Water pressure was bad, there was rust or some kind of mold in a lot of places, some water from the shower would go outside of the shower. In the shower we found remains of shower gel and shampoo, old and 90% of it used. Also another issue was the noise, not from the street but from the inside the hallway, our room and what seems like all the rooms are directly from the reception hallway, so with very bad isolation we would hear every person who would enter, exit and even the noises from another rooms. Pretty annoying cause it was noise sometimes even at 2-3 am. Also the area was not the best, we didn’t felt that much safe there, it was nice to be close to the metro and train ststion but the area is not great, a lot of garbage on the streets, not that popular with people and i would say you often find many homeless people around.

The air conditioning was great, bed was decent, the checkin and checkout went pretty smoothly, the room was decent overall it had some issues.

Bathroom needs some upgrading but everything worked fine. On main road but noise tolerable because of double glazed windows.

Excellent location, 20-30 mins walk to Termini, Coliseum and other attractions, shops, supermarket and good public transport nearby. Air condition very welcome in the heat, very comfortable bed and regular room service. Very helpful manager, could WhatsApp him for any queries.

It was very noisy, and I could hear the people in the other rooms very clearly. There is a gap between the door and the doorframe, so you hear everything from the hallway. Moreover, the balcony of the neighbouring room was just next to the only window of my room, so I had to listen to the drunk babbling of other guests. You must definitely pack earplugs! The bathroom was not very clean, but bearable.

Reasonable price for what is offered. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Was difficult to find- no signage and showing up alone, at night, was a frustrating experience. It’s basically an apartment that was converted to a few guest rooms. The “lobby” is a check-in desk and the guest room doors are off of it. Room is very small, and I booked a shared bathroom, which was multipurpose and a bit strange- pretty sure it was the owners personal space I was sharing. But, for the limited time I was there and for the price, it worked.

Great location, comfy bed, Wi-Fi and AC worked. Good for a quick stay between travels- super convenient to train station.

The pictures were deceiving. The walls were dirty, but the bed was clean. The AC worked. No pictures of the bathroom. Bathroom was moldy not clean would not recommend staying here unless your on a budget. A little difficult to find the place and the surrounding area was not in the nicest part of a town.

I liked the price of the property but I would rather have paid a little extra for somewhere cleaner a nicer .

It was listed that air conditioning and wifi are available, former was broken (although a fan was given as an alternative), while the latter was so bad that it was the same as non existent. Also, there are BUGS in the towel/bathroom, which is unacceptable

Furniture its quite old and worn out. Our room didn't look like anything from website photos. Double bed was made out of 2 single ones, one of which had a curve right in the middle. It was quite noisy during the night. You can hear other people passing in the corridors.

Elevator doesn't work. No housekeeping. Toilet seat is broken. Noisy location,[our room is facing the street ) even when windows are closed. Endured 3 nights stay with same towel.Beds are not comfortable at all. No room to move around and for luggages too.No garbage collection. Called contact number with no response. We made it though.

Bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved... I didn't feel confortable there. Also, lot's of noises can be heard, maybe the walls are too thin? For the price, I would expect more.

Location is excellent, a few block away from Rome termini. The first impression at night may not be the best (dark, homeless people around, etc) but it's really close to everything. Rooms are independent and you have a key to lock yours.
