Uncomfortable beds, pretty much same experience all over Italy - hard mattresses and huge pillows, waking up with a sore back and headache most mornings. But nothing a good coffee won’t fix.

Clean, good location and lovely staff. Breakfast was basic and too many sweet options, needed some better cereal or granola options, but generally good.

I would have loved would have been access to a bathroom when I came to collect my bags but I appreciate that was not possible given the nature of the B & B. Also, perhaps a few more hooks could be hung in the bathroom to accommodate the towels and clothes when showering and a little storage space for toiletries (conditioner in shower (or mix shampoo/conditioner) too). These are small things but they would make a big difference.

The location was close to the sites we had planned to visit and to our transport which was great. Also, there were some nice restaurants in the area. Good breakfast with a variety of choices which is important. Also, the kitchen was available outside of breakfast time so we could enjoy a tea or coffee at other times. Room was spotless and it was tidied every day. Although the venue was not manned constantly, Mario was readily available. Self check in was really straightforward. Staff were extremely friendly.

Staff charming and helpful, rooms very clean, towels and sheets changed regularly. Breakfast a substantial continental style spread, with good coffee. Location central, near major attractions and cafes. We walked miles, with a map. Trains easy to use, buses get crowded at times.

It was a nice and clean suite. The breakfast does not have that many options, but it was good and tasteful. The location is great. We enjoyed staying there. The only downside would be the small amount of seats for the breakfast. However, I didn't consider that as a problem.

Nothing! In contrary to the other comments which include a lot of noise coming from the kitchen, we didn’t hear anything!!!

The owner and other staff were really polite! Marina and the man in charge ( sorry to forget the name) gave us very warm welcome and so kind from the beginning to the end! We had kids with us, and really felt so comfortable to ask for anything! They were really proactive! We loved the breakfast and won’t forget that they bought olives because we only asked if they had!

The location was fantastic. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We even had a balcony with two chairs and a little table. We’ll definitely return next time!

The walls are pretty thin and you can hear your neighbors - This was a non-issue for me, but I was working late into the night, so I felt bad!

Decent place for a decent price. The owners of this place are very kind and let us put our bag up early in the morning! Great breakfast and cozy rooms.

Nothing. But it’s good to know that the road from the Metro (Cavour) to the property is uphill which is important if you have big luggages. Not a dealbreaker for us, it was a fun experience. But consider availing their airport transfer if you have big bags. 😊

Location is great - lots to see around in walking distance. Very kind and friendly staff. Awesome simple breakfast! Loved the spacious room and the balcony view. Totally recommended!

Mario, Mary and Nicolleta excellent staff very helpful. Mario called for taxi and even helped with the bags and my wife got a little sick and they really cared about that. A great experience and location. Thank you all for everything.

Great location. 10 minutes to the Colloseum, 25 minutes to the trevi fountain and many other thing nearby. Did not have to take the bus at all. Roma termini is 10 minutes walk. No taxi was needed.

Clean, great location and facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very useful information provided by the host via messages on Booking.com about access and the stay. It’s less than 15 mins walk from Termini Station and the staff allow you to leave your bags after checking out. So, if you’re leaving Rome later in the day, it makes easy to make the most of your time left there without having to carry your luggage around. Overall, a superb place with an amazing hostess, Liliana, she was so lovely and made us feel like at home. We will be coming back and looking forward to seeing her again.

The shower too small and narrow. A bit far away from touristic areas.

Nice little place. Rooms clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff great. Easy to checkin and checkout. Great Breakfast. It is an apartment in an old building that was renovated and split into 4 rooms with private bathrooms and a shared kitchen
