The location is amazing. It is a professionally run hotel with vale service. The breakfast was rich. They have a really nice restaurant at the ground floor.

Rental car needed to be valet driven away to car park which cost an extra 35 euros per day, but service with staff and valet was amazing

Because of the central location in the ZTL-zone, it can be tricky to reach by car. However, the staff were extremely helpful in offering solutions and assisting us with directions, permits and luggage, and they even offer valet service if needed.

Stylish, clean and comfortable room with a perfect central location in Siracusa. Surrounded by charming streets, great restaurants and just steps from the historic sights. Very central.

There was nothing I could say. Only slight tip to the hotel. Consider supplying milk cartons for the tea and coffee facilities

The hotel was so central. It was pure perfection , when I left the hotel I missed it compared to some hotels I stayed in Sicily . It was spotless and so worth the extra money compared others in Syracuse . The breakfast was amazing . The staff were all pleasant and polite an amazing customer service. From the reception staff to the waitresses and waiters, the maids and the maintenance guys. All these people deserve a mention.. I will be back Miss you already

The service charges at check out were slightly strange - they are optional and are removed if you opt-out (with no issues), but it’s kind of awkward and leaves a sour taste.

Property was well situated and central to all major attractions. Well maintained and top notch service. We found the room spacious and the restaurant was great (we had some drinks and nibbles there throughout our stay). Hotel staff were kind and courteous.

Found it strange that service charges were added to final bill as a percentage of total spend. To be fair they were transparent and explained the charges and removed them with no hassle but made us feel awkward

A great hotel with brilliant staff. Room was super clean and spacious. Lots of quality towels, good amenities and comfortable beds. Breakfast had a good choice with good timings. We used the restaurant for lunch and evening drinks and it was very good.

Lack of plug sockets in the sofabed area of the room

Excellent location - walking distance to all the main points The staff and level of service was fantastic! Everything we requested was provided very promptly. Polite and courteous throughout. It would have been wonderful to have a roof top terrace or spa facilities, but with a such a historic building and wonderful service these are just extras.

Perfect location, right in the middle of Ortigia. The staff were lovely, friendly and could not be more helpful. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice. Hotel is done to a high standard with spacious rooms and lovely view onto square next to the Cathedral. Would highly recommend.
