Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesIt is very basic, but in Rome, we weren't there to stay in the room. They should take down signs and information about breakfast, there is none.
The staff was very helpful when we needed a late check-in and very detailed how to get in. Though it isn't close to main sites, it is very close to the metro, which got us everywhere! It was clean, relatively quiet, and I felt very safe. It was very economical!

Awesome staff. My flight was delayed and it was next to impossible to get a taxi at Fiumicino and arrive before 11 pm. Franco did explain how I will get inside and sent me video of entering code to enter and where my key will be located. I got there few minutes after 11 pm and he was still waiting for me and another guest. As a solo traveler I got a tiny room, but it was all I needed. Comfy bed.

United StatesThe fact that the latest check in was at 10:30pm was problematic: I had to adjust my work schedule accordingly. The rooms are nice, but the forniture and bathroom are outdated. I could feel the vibration, probably from the subway.
The location is really convenient and the staff is welcoming. Rooms have a mini-fridge which is very convenient. I appreciated the decorations on the closet.

North MacedoniaNo elevator. The vending machine didn’t work properly. The toilet was very loud. There were no coffee machine in the room nor eating utencils. Also it should be cheaper.
The location was great, near the metro station - Policlinico. Close to the stay was market open even on the Sundays. The room was with good view on the back yard providing an italian vibe. The halls were visually appealing. The hospitaly of the staff was on a high level.
