Security - the bolt lock did not work on the main door to our space which made us feel uncomfortable. We only stayed one night and would have requested it be fixed or a room change if we were staying longer.

The location is right at the Manzino subway stop which was very convenient as we had a lot of luggage with us. It was a very spacious room for our family of 6 and had 3 bathrooms which was incredible!

Check-in after hours (5pm!) was absurd; although the hotel sent me instructions to access the key, the igloo lock outside the room had run out of battery and it took an hour (and a master keycard) in the sweltering heat (no A/C out in the corridors) to gain access to the room, through Whatsapp messaging with staff. This hotel desperately needs someone on duty at all hours for circumstances such as this (I would imagine it gets a fair few "late" check-ins).

Room was very spacious with seperate room for the children. Room was clean and had excellent and very welcome A/C. My son loved the central lift! Location is impeccable; just a 15 minute walk from the Colosseum and right outside a metro station. Some people have commented about the external appearance and noise outside but we didn't experience any problems with either of these things.

All of the table and countertops were dirty - I wiped down rings from coffee cups and other dirt easily with a wipe. So no one had even attempted to clean them - not impressed that it wasn't clean upon our arrival. Extra blankets were stained yellow as if they were 100 years old and not sure if they were actually clean or not. Also, I believe check in is anytime after 2pm, but they only have someone there to give you the key until 4pm. Luckily, we arrived before 4pm, but if we did not, we were told that we would need to send photos of our passports and credit card over email in order to check in. This is not a safe procedure, booking.com has a banner explicitly telling clients to NOT send information such as identification and credit card information via email. I would not stay here again unfortunately.

Location was great and the apartment seemed safe as the main door was always locked. The apartment was spacious.

Our room didn’t really look like the pictures- the property was a little dilapidated and probably needed to be renovated.

The showers in the two big bedrooms were small and compact. There was also no livingroom space for my family and I to lounge in.

The property was very clean and in a great location. The staff were very helpful and professional with assistance with everything.

There was no any coffee or water cos there was a water boiler and I didn't drink anything before I leave and was a little bit far from city center.

The photos of the accommodation could use an update. Before our arrival, we received an email informing us that the kitchen was out of order due to circumstances beyond their control. From the photos, I hadn't realized that not every apartment has its own kitchen — instead, 2–3 apartments share a common kitchen area. The apartment we booked only had a mini-bar fridge, which wasn’t very effective — it kept items just barely cool enough to drink. Also, be cautious with the bathroom: do not throw any paper into the toilet, as it clogs easily even without it.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The Colosseum is about a 10–15 minute walk away. From the accommodation, you can easily reach the Manzoni metro station, making public transportation convenient. The Wi-Fi works perfectly at the accommodation.

The room smelled moldy. The kitchenette facilities were not well maintained. Italian coffee machine was too small for a group. Elevator was not always working and I was travelling with a person with limited mobility, which complicated a lot going up and down the stairs several times.

All the staff was very nice, polite and resolutive.

We were a family of four stay here for two night, where they provided a sofa cum bed which was super uncomfortable to sleep. My wife got a neck pain.

The kitchenette was very basic with no kettle.

Great location to Colosseum and Roman Forum. Large but basic apartment with 2 bathrooms. Room was serviced every day. Good coffee shop across the road too.

We arrieved after midnight and the elevator didn't work, we had to took heavy luggige to the 3rd floor ourselves. Beds are not comfortable.

Location was useful since the metro station is right in front of the building. Shower was good, warm and cold water fixed.
