Parking. We ended up parking on the street because of a holiday and didn’t pay. There is public parking nearby too.

The incredible architecture with old world charm and decadent breakfast. The room was spacious as we were upgraded and the ceilings were 5 meters high! Clean, lots of towels and of course the comfortable bed!

Air con didn’t work but staff responded very quickly and provided 2 efficient fans within half an hour. Looking a bit tired in areas but this hotel has massive potential -ready for an update in places.

Excellent location and close to really nice areas in Turin. We had a room for a week at front with balcony on to park and considering it was so close to station, it was very quiet. Breakfast was great and nice to have an outside area. Bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. A good value hotel in excellent location.

No kettle in the room, though the reception provided us with hot water every time we asked. No shelves for clothes. Standard room had a portable air conditioner placed on the floor and the tube from it kept moving out. However, with additional payment, the helpful staff upgraded our room to a comfortable one.

Leaving after a short stay

One night stay heading thru mountains to France. Kind, helpful front desk staff. Room was very large with balcony onto piazza. Arrived via train and quick 3 min walk across main road to hotel. Great to have a fridge to keep cold beverages during summer heat. Room was cool due to AC. Bed was perhaps a bit on the firmer side but still comfortable. Just outside hotel, you'll find cafes and shops. Very convenient. Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast had great options, hot items and healthy choices.

The hotel is wonderful, it exceeded expectations. The location is perfect. Our room was spacious, with high ceilings and air conditioning. There is a bar with a terrace on the second floor. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff are very helpful.

We would have liked a little more area in the bathroom to put down toiletries.

We loved the convenience of this hotel. We were able to do what we wanted very easily. It was close to restaurants, shopping and the train station. Plus, the staff was always veery helpful.

Phenomenal hotel! I had a wonderful time and it caught me by surprise. The balcony was fantastic. I sat outside and enjoyed having a private terrace. The bed is extremely comfortable and I melted right into it. The sheets are clean, soft, and super comfortable. The shower - rainforest style - lots of space and great pressure. The room was immaculate and I enjoyed every minute. They also provide extra pillows and blankets in the armoire, a nice touch. Great AC and a nice widescreen TV. Room was super quiet. Breakfast two thumbs up. What a nice selection and abundance of all you could ask for. I would love to live in this hotel! It’s perfectly done and in a prime location near the train and all the museums and shops. I also took a long walk all along the river and it is magnificent - you can start and end right from the hotel. The staff are all top notch, professional, and truly provide excellent guest service. I will definitely come back to this hotel - a favorite.

Grand hotel, sense of history, excellent location by Torino Porta Nuova train station and Via Roma. Grand rooms. Good breakfast, nice terrace for sitting outside.

Fantastic helpful staff from the very start. As an older couple we appreciate offers of help with parking and luggage which we received. As there is no permanent bar/ restaurant we relied on room service for drinks and they couldn’t have done more.. one member of staff returned 3 times to make sure we had everything. Reception were exceptional with help and recommendations for restaurants in the city. The view from our room was wonderful.
