Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

BrazilElevator turned off at night, stinky garbage at the entrance of the building, dirty stairs, super tight room, bad bed, no hot water, only cold, not cold, cold. Very high cost benefit, for what they deliver, they should charge 1/3 of the price. Place different from the one announced in the booking, I was changed rooms twice, in the first room the portable air conditioning was crap, it didn't freeze at all. In the second one it was the wrong room and they asked me to change it after I was already installed. In the third there was no hot water, only cold, not cold, cold. The shower holder was broken, the shower is extremely tight, the person can barely turn around inside it. They turned off the elevator at night, and I was on the 4th floor. The garbage from the building is at the entrance and was not collected in the entire period we stayed there, on the second day it was already a disgusting stenchor. You feel the smell of rotten garbage at the entrance and exit. I don't recommend it, unless they reduce the price a lot and even so for those who have little money. Other than that, the economy is not worth it.

TurkeyAs we arrived midnight from the train station, we had to wait for someone to arrive to pick us up. We were taken to an another address and had to walk another 5 min. The room was basic. It was very warm and the air condition did not work. We asked for a fan and they brought us after a complaint. There was no internet connection which we needed to connect our family. We were told "there is a problem with the internet". The bed was not comfy and the bathroom facility was fair.
The location is very good for people who wants to stay close to the Roma Termini.

LithuaniaFirst of all, we didn't get exact information about check in and check out. When we came, we called them and everything was good. But apartments conditions wasn't so good. They said there is wifi, but it wasn't. We had to use our internet, bet connection was poor in the apartments. The biggest problem was we barely had hot water, we needed to take a shower with a very cold water. They said they fixed the problem, but it was the same and also there was problems with the toilet, it didn't worked properly. Talking about personnel, it wasn't the best experience. They didn't text back, when I asked about check out in the app, I didn't receive any answer. But day before check out we met that person in the hallway of our apartments, so we figured out everything about it and we asked to leave our bags here after check out, he told us u can leave it on my office. But the last day, we called him and he didn't answer. I am very disappointed, it's not worth it these money we spent for booking that room.
One thing I liked about that was the location. We didn't need a taxi, we easily reached out spots by foot.

Nothing felt or looked clean. The room in general had a weird smell. The adress on booking is wrong but the proper adress isnt far. The checkin on booking is wrong.

I am a bit disappointed they were not clear with the information about the property and additional the staff a Indu Guy was a bit rude and chasing me with the payment because the machine did not have enough battery and additional I asked for help of the hitter when I arrive therefore he replied tomorrow.

CanadaWe went to the address provided which was not the location of our room. We went to a second location and then had to go to a third location. The person who checked us in had a yelling match with someone on the phone. He could not get the lock to work. He had to fix it but it did not work after that. We had no toilet paper. There were old food and cups under the bed as it had not been cleaned. We felt quite unsafe the room was poorly furnished but there were lots of towels amd the bathroom was new

ArgentinaThe first impression was a clear sign of how unprofessional this place is. The address they give you is fake — they make you wait at one place and then take you somewhere else. Every day, the staff tried to get into our room without knocking. Thankfully, they couldn’t get in because we kept the door locked. They kept saying we had to check out, even though our check-out date hadn’t arrived. Luckily, we were there when this happened, otherwise they might have entered our room without permission (and we believe this has probably happened). At night, there was constant noise. We heard people running, banging doors, and trying to open them. It felt really unsafe. When it was finally our actual check-out day, there was no one at reception. I had to contact them myself just to figure out how to leave. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom was full of mold, and the floor hadn’t been cleaned at all. Terrible experience — I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I can’t believe booking offers a place like this.

CanadaAvoid this place at all costs. The AC didn’t work, the room was extremely small, and the shower was completely unusable. I had to wait 30 minutes just to get access to the room, only to find out it wasn’t a real hotel—just a bare room with none of the basics. I slept surrounded by insects and even developed a rash from the bed. This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced.

GreeceStay far away from this hotel – they are scammers. I booked a room for one night and the money was withdrawn from my account, but I received an email saying the transaction failed. I contacted them via WhatsApp and even messaged them through Booking.com, but they completely ignored me. They were extremely rude and irresponsible. I told them I would come in person and pay directly, but when I showed up, they rejected my phone calls and I was left without accommodation, stranded on the street. This hotel is clearly running a scam. I will be pursuing legal action against them for this theft. Avoid this place at all costs.

GermanyI loved just that it was close to the train station. The room was not clean enough, the water of wc was not working, the wall up was a bit broken and we felt really afraid to sleep because of the possibility that someone might enter the room. The door of the balcony was broken, the shower also. They didn’t tell us that the cleaning room was everyday and even though was not clean enough…they through up things I needed and were letting their stuff that didn’t even know why they did, we didn’t receive clean towels when they were dirty and didn’t receive toilet paper. The room was too cold and the heating was not working, was coming just cold air and not warm…we ended up having a cold. The keys of the door were not working properly…I’m really disappointed about how they wanted us to pay quickly the room, without letting us see it first…really terrible service, the man didn’t even took the time to listen to our needs.
