It appeared some of the loungers you needed to book. This wasn’t super clear however and we weren’t asked to pay in the end. The gym was being refurbished when we were there so couldn’t be used. Worth checking beforehand. Not much to do other than sit by the pool which we loved. Beach is a short drive away

The pool is fantastic, huge and lots of loungers. The room was really lovely with a freestanding bath. The breakfast was fantastic, great selection and good food.

Lovely boutique hotel, with excellent breakfast and amazing pool. Great property beside golf course, close to highway and San Marino. Nice, modern, spacious rooms. Peacful. Nice place to stopover and relax.

Loved the peaceful surrounds and greenery of the golf course and the magnificent pool with the restaurant pool side. Who could fight the awesome tunes played by the life guard.

Really quite impressive. Food was exceptional. The location was perfect for us to visit Rimini, San Marino and Tavullia. The pool was brilliant. The room was styled to our taste. The bath was huge. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Though never expected, they had a better grasp of the English than my broken Italian. I'll definitely look to return here in the future.

1) The mosquitoes. Don't forget the mozzie spray. I got stung the second I got out of the car. But of course this is not the hotel's fault. 2) the little step over the whole breadth of the room. It can be dangerous if you don t pay attention, particularly at night. 3) the indirect lighting in the room. Everything is in shadows. Not very practical, especially when one is already shortsighted, like we are. Then again tastes differ and in general we had a very good experience and can recommend the hotel.

I was there for 3 nights as i was racing in Misano. All i wanted was a nice dinner and drink after a long day on the race track. When i checked in, they told me the restaurant was closed until after i check out. So i had to drive to the coast every night which is what i wanted to avoid after a long day. The room was also boiling hot, AC was disabled even though the room was advertised with AC. I had 2 sleepless nights from the heat (terrible idea before racing). On the third night i left the balcony door open for some cold air only to wake up to a spider crawling up my face. Absolutely ruined what couldve been a beautiful experience.

Staff and breakfast were lovely. The villa was also nice and spacious.

We felt the hotel was a bit run down and in need of a refurbishment. The room we were given had a musty and damp smell, the window in the bathroom was cracked, the windows all had signs of damp around the edges.
