Limited options during the breakfast. Rooms are outdated and not very comfortable, with tiny bathroom/shower and no soundproof (there was much noise from the corridor and restaurant on the ground floor, but overall the surrounding area is very quiet in the night).

Nice and supporting staff who helped us on the every step. There is a public free parking 5 min walk away which is difficult to spot, there are enough free spaces even in peak time - ask at thr reception for a guide. Be ready that breakfasts served are typically Italian (sweet) and are limited to buns/jam/sweet treat (we've got lemon tart one day and croissant with jam another day - both yummy! ), you can also order tea/coffee (good one!) at the bar. Having a breakfast with THIS view (there are tables outside the hotel right on the lake shore with amazing panoramic view over the lake) is an absolutely must have experience. Also, the view from the balcony in the room is lovely.

For light sleepers, walls are quite thin so you can hear some noises from the restaurant. If you have a car, note that the hotel is located in a "zona limitada" so you should park on a public parking outside of this zone (5 min by foot from the hotel).

This hotel is owned by a family who welcomed us well, it has a very convenient location ! The room was clean and had a great view on the lake. They also have a restaurant downstairs. The breakfast is good (hot drink, croissant, and a little buffet). We had a great stay at this hotel !

Would have been nice to make a tea/coffee in the room, but not a deal breaker. Needed a 3 pin power adapter but the owner/manager loaned us one for the couple of days.

The view from the room was fantastic. We were very comfortable with either the breeze from the lake and/ or the fan in the room. The room was very quiet considering the nearby restaurant activity and church bell next door. The breakfast was more than adequate. We loved the fresh fruit salad and lovely cappuccinos.

A lot of endless noise early morning from a garbage collector and after that the stuff of the hotel began to prepare the terrace for the breakfast with a noisy vacuum device. The breakfast was average. The whole experience was great

2 minute walk to the ferry, beautiful view of the lake, walking distance from Villa Balbianello, which is a must see in the Como region. And hotel owners and staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay which made it even cozier!

Lovely hotel on the shores of Lake Como, close to the ferry stop at Lenno. Walking distance to Villa Balbianello and lovely restaurants/gelato in the village. Friendly staff, great food, clean and comfortable room.

The wifi could have been stronger, I stayed on the 2nd floor and the wifi signal was poor or sometimes null there.

The property was right at the lake side and had amazing views through the windows. The building is old but had a charm to it. They also have a restaurant downstairs facing the lake. The breakfast had a small buffet counter and they also had some tasty Croissants and coffee. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Also it is 3-4 minutes walk from the Lenno Ferry, If you are traveling via a ferry from Como or Bellagio, the property is easily accessible.

Shower was on the smaller side. And note there is no fridge or air con. You will have a standard room fan instead.

Property was clean. A little dated but it was to be expected in the location. For Breakfast, the croissant and coffee were the highlight. Host was lovely and super helpful. I would recommend staying in Lenno if visiting lake como and then commuting to other towns via ferry or bus. Overall we loved our trip. Thank you!

The restaurant was closed the evening we arrived. (But we were able to eat an evening meal next door). They kept our passports overnight which made me feel uncomfortable.
