Disco party at the pool went from 6 pm till around midnight, very loud in our room.

Shuttle to airport was arranged for the time I needed. Room was readied for us when we arrived in the morning. Restaurant was decent, fortunately, as it is the only place to eat.

The bed in the room is located on a sleeping mezzanine, ac is less felt there and also means walking down stairs at night if you need anything. Worth knowing, especially if you have older guests with you

Nice and clean, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, the pool looked great, wish we had another day just to hang by the pool. Overall wonderful option if you’re touring the area and want a serene budget place to stay.

In our room the bed was on the second tier under the ceiling, so it was stuffy at night and the air conditioner did not help. There was no window in the room, we could only open the door

Room could be more clean, specially the floor; and have more power outlets near the bed.

Great pick up service from airport - Driver brought us straight to the room. Friendly staff! Nice property with a lot of green, good value for money.

The bathroom was downstairs and the bedroom upstairs.

Comfortable, clean, airport / train transfers for free and a good breakfast (some easy grab options if you’re in a rush.) The transfer service was exceptional (we arrived late, no bother!)

The staff were just excellent, so friendly, especially lady who served us a fantastic cappuccino during the breakfast and transfer drivers, who left and picked us up from our doorstep so we don’t need to carry our luggage. Amazing value for money! Grazie mille!!

The room is quite dark and warm. I don’t like airco when I’m sleeping and in the morning I was sweating. The toilet is not comfortable: the paper is hidden next to your left hip, the shape of the toilet results in cleaning after a no. 2.

Parking in front of the room is the best feature of this hotel. Especially when you carry the amount of luggage I have for my long holidays.

I only stayed for a night, and used the Breakfast service and shuttle. Great service! Regarding Shuttlettle, they waited for me. My flight was delayed, and we were delayed at passport control due to technical issues. The driver and the Receptionist were super professional and amazing.

This hotel is nice. It is in the countryside. It was nice to wake up to the sound of the birds. We booked this hotel because of the free airport transfer. It was great and on time. The breakfast was bonus too.

Excellent communication from the hotel prior to arrival.They checked arrival / departure times for the free shuttle service to Malpensa ( a 20 minute ride) . Arriving in winter the bedroom was very well heated as was the bathroom.Clean and comfortable. Parking was easy.Dinner was very good.,We chose the set menu and the food was very good and huge portions 😁. We did not have breakfast as we left at 06.20 and breakfast starts at 06.45. The shuttle bus was super reliable and turned up 5 minutes early which is helpful.Helpful staff and helpful driver.Will stay here again as it is ideal for the airport.
