Lovely tranquil location. Typical Italian decor, don’t expect 1st class amenities expect 1st class service. Restaurant on site is very good with fish and seafood as their specialties. Some meat dishes are available. Good choice of wine. Plenty of parking and a lovely bar on site (closed at 20:00) but restaurant open. Good breakfast choice, no bacon and eggs for the English, but never an issue. Lovely grounds and only 5mins to the beach which is lovely. It’s not high end but it’s in a lovely location don’t expect the children to love it but I’m sure they would enjoy the beach. Our room was air conditioned and we were very grateful it was, very hot when we visited in August.

No kettle in the room to make a cup of tea in the evening, no refrigerator in the room, lots of mosquitoes in the territory.

Good breakfast (but you have to be one of the first to get everything), good location to travel to Venice or San Marino, nice territory and wonderful nature around (even flamingoes), air conditioning and mosquito nets in room.

The only small issue was that the shower was not working well.

The accommodation is excellent . It compliments the unique wetlands and the layout of the facility and excellent breakfast makes the stay first class.

Unfortunately, we couldn't have dinner at the property because their restaurant was closed, so we missed the chance to try the highly-rated food mentioned in other reviews. They directed us to another nearby restaurant, which looked promising, but it was fully booked and couldn't accommodate us.

A very pleasant stay in a rustic property, conveniently located near a spot for observing wetland birds, including flamingos, which were a delightful surprise for us. The friendly staff enhances the homely atmosphere, as does the relaxed cat that lives there. Quality breakfast.

The location of the property is very nice, surrounded by nature. The hotel staff are wonderful. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The restaurant has some of the best food that I have ever eaten. This was the fourth ( 4th ) time I stayed at this property.

The hotel is located in a quiet, sparsely populated agricultural area at the edge of a nature preserve known for birdwatching. Yet the Adria and beaches of Lido di Volano can be reached in only 5 to 10 minutes by car. Venice is about 100 km distant. We were pleasantly surprised by the both very large bed- and bathroom. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices to please everyone. The sociable receptionist checked us in with a smile. We very much appreciated also her help and patience to find a restaurant nearby (the on-site one is only open on weekends) to best match our preferences and then to make the reservation for us after checking that it is open. We did enjoy dinner at the fine Ristorante & Pizzaeria La Bussola delle Nazioni.

The setting was beautiful. Expansive grounds with water behind the buildings. Old world charm. We were traveling by bicycle and they let us securely store the bikes inside a separate building. The restaurant had amazing food.

Restaurant wasn't open the night we were there, but were able to eat at the bar instead. No local shops if you're on foot or cycling.

A last minute booking on a cycling trip, we had no real expectations but were happily surprised. Helpful staff, nice room, beautiful surroundings. Purchased on site breakfast which was excellent. Secure storage provided for our bikes. Highly recommend this hotel

Perfect for our needs.. and what we needed was some quiet downtime after a couple of hectic weeks of touring. A delightful location that was off (our) beaten track and in the middle of the Po delta, we were looked after by people who were helpful and cooperative to the utmost. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will make it a definite stop next time we're in the area.

The location for bird watching the Delta del Po was excellent. Plenty of trails to wander.

No faucet in bidet (there's only hole left).

Perfect location for exploring Delta of Po river. Very tasty breakfast, multiple choice, delicious homemade cakes and bread. Owners are very helpful. I lost something near the hotel. They found it and send it to Poland. Thank you very much!

The shower head was bit clugged so there wasn't a lot of water pressure.

The furniture in the rooms should be renewed and the beds should be replaced.

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was outstanding, with all the food fresh and delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. Surrounded by beautiful nature, the hotel gave us the perfect opportunity to enjoy long walks and quality time with our children. Its location, just a short distance from the beach, was a huge advantage for us.
