Excellent location, right beside the Vatican and only a 5 min walk to Metro station. Easy check in, host sent detailed instructions of the check in process. Beautiful room, very comfortable and clean. Snacks and water provided. We loved the elevator!!

The location was superb close to Vatican. Near stores, restaurants the girl when I got there was so nice and helpful. She even had me go with her on the train to the Spanish steps. I never took train before in Italy and felt so comfortable with her. She showed me where to go, so helpful. Room nice and big, great view. Comfortable bed, clean the best investment

I didn't like the limited front desk staff and that I had to get the key to the front door from a lock box. But honestly I didn't really mind all these things since the staff made up for it.

The location of the hotel was excellent! I was a 6 minute walk to the Vatican and was surrounded by restaurants, night life, and a bakery. So great!

Slightly larger bathroom towels at a preference but that’s is very picky, we can’t think of any negatives.

The hotel is only a couple of minutes away from the Vatican and the Castel Sant Angelo. There are plenty of buses too right next to the square and the metro is 10 mins away. The hotel is on the top floor of the building but there is an old, charming elevator. The room was big enough, comfortable and clean. If I were to visit Rome again I would choose this hotel again.

Location is very close to Vatican but despite being on a busy street, it's on a high floor with double glazed windows such that street noise is not noticeable. Attention to detail is superior. Very clean. Staff very helpful, even offering to find accommodation on another night they were booked. As a heads up, it is on a higher floor which requires use of the elevator. The elevator is antique, i.e., a nostalgic tiny elevator car with double doors, glass all around, and a seat. If you have a lot of bags and are traveling with others, it will require multiple trips.

2 days before the trip I teceived WhatsApp message from someone who claimed to be from Risorgimento and asked me to send the mony for the city tax to the attached link and also to send the copy of my passport. I was sure it is some kind of scam!!! finally it was all correct but for me it felt very unsecured and suspicious. It was my first time to use Airbnb type accommodation, but it all worked out well even I never met the other personnel than cleaning service. In all other circumstances the stay was very good. Only thing to consider is that the walls of the rooms are quite thin and the traveling pleasure of your neighbors is part of your stay as well😂

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, two of those nights there was no hot water, which made it impossible for me to take a shower. On the first night, when I discovered there was no hot water, I stayed calm, thinking it would be fixed by the next morning. However, on the second night, when I returned to the hotel at 10 PM, I found the water was still ice cold. Since the hotel doesn’t have staff available 24/7, I had to endure a second night without hot water. The next morning, when I heard a staff member cleaning outside my room, I decided to go out and ask them about the issue. It was then that I learned the water heater had malfunctioned. The staff member was very helpful and immediately fixed it, allowing me to finally take a hot shower. I was extremely frustrated by not having hot water for two nights, which is a basic necessity. However, once I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, they were very friendly and apologetic, and they fixed the problem promptly. As for the rating, I’m torn. If I were to base it solely on the two nights without hot water, I would give a much lower score, as it caused significant inconvenience. However, the staff’s positive attitude and quick response once I raised the issue do deserve some recognition. If I hadn’t been proactive and spoken up, I may have gone without hot water for the entire stay. In the end, I would rate this hotel somewhere 8. The service was good, but the hot water issue was a serious problem. I hope the hotel resolves this issue for future guests to avoid

I'm so happy that I found this accommodation. For me it is in a very good location, the owner was contacting me and sending all useful information on WhatsApp which worked perfectly.. The room was also completely perfect for my stay.. This accommodation is highly recommended from my side, I really appreciate, if I ever return to Rome, definitely I will book here again

The amount of hot water was limited, so the second person already had a slightly colder shower.

Perfectly located room with a shared kitchen. We received detailed videos from the landlords that described exactly where to find the keys to the building and how to unlock the apartment using the code. The room was very clean. The neighbourhood is quiet, and the curtains are dark, so we slept until 11 pm.

Great apartment! 5 minutes to the Vatican. The area is clean and safe. Many restaurants and cafes. The room is cosy and clean. Thoughtful interior. Comfortable bed and pillows. High-quality cleaning. It was a pleasant stay right in front of St. Peters basilica. The apartment has everything you can need. Everything is near and you can reach on foot.

Accessing the room is quite confusing. I received several different messages on whatsapp and booking.com with various links and instructions, but once you're in, it's great.

Spacious room, coffee / pastries in the room on arrival, comfortable bed and walking distance to the station. About 45 min walk into Colosseum or easily accessible by train. Coffee shops / restaurants nearby.

It’s probably just me but I just found the bed a bit too firm.

Property is not far from the Vatican City, it’s literally outside the border, you can see the walls just across the street. Visited during the Jubilee so there is some kind of “renovation” outside the building itself so the bus stop is not being used - that would come handy if you don’t feel like walking to the centre of Rome. In the mini fridge you get a small bottle of still and sparkling water, can coke and a cute bottle of fruit juice. I found it so handy after walking the whole day to just have these drinks cold and ready (it’s included in the price). Otherwise just across the road there’s plenty of restaurants and cafe’s to choose from. Anyone planning on visiting for the Jubilee great place to stay.
