Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RussiaYou can hear people yelling in the hall pretty clearly.
Clean and cozy room, great staff at reception, nice location with quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed that booking. Also, keep in mind it is a kosher hotel, however it doesn't bring any serious restrictions.

United StatesNewly renovated and opened hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff in a historic and quiet courtyard way from the crowds. Our stay was a short 3 nights, but we enjoyed every moment spent at Rimon.

United StatesI stayed at Rimon Place and it was a delightful experience. The location is ideal, just a 9-10 minute walk from train station and close to major attractions, making it perfect for exploring Venice. The room was spacious and air-conditioned, with both the bedroom and living room offering canal views. A small refrigerator was incredibly handy for storing snacks and drinks. The provided bathrobe and bathroom slippers were a thoughtful touch, adding extra comfort. The room also featured a safe for secure storage, and the elevator made accessing the space easy. The accommodations were clean, well-maintained, and the owner was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and stay. They also proactively went out of the way to make reservations at local restaurants. I highly recommend Rimon Place for visit to Venice!

United StatesIts in the area that we are not comfortable with and has guard, far away from the center, room in smaller side. We were out at 11:30 AM and when come back the room wasn't clean. When I asked front desk, they argued that we left to late from the room, however how do we know the cut off time for cleaning. They did finally clean the room, and it's not tidy.
Its new renovation and close to vaporetto

CanadaWe were given a smaller room than I paid for because the grumpy man at the counter considered that we did not need bigger! Even if I paid to have a living room space in my room, separate from the bedroom. He gave us a double regular room. No iron in the room either.
Nice modern hotel. High ceilings.

CanadaCandid Review – 2.5/5 We were a family of four staying for just one night. I contacted the host on the same day the cancellation window expired, asking to cancel after realizing the hotel was kosher and quite far from the nearest canal stop. I explained our reason: 1 night with a family but they were unable to accommodate the request. To their credit, the host was friendly upon arrival and even met us near the first bridge to assist with our baggage — a thoughtful gesture we appreciated. While newly renovated, we arrived just three days after reopening. Unfortunately, there was still sawdust in the unit and especially noticeable upon waking up and on surfaces after placing items on the table. The A/C didn’t work properly — it kept running even after reaching the set temperature, making the room uncomfortably cold overnight. With only a thin sheet provided and no blankets or duvet, it made for a restless and cold night.. The reception closes at 8 PM so no one to contact but I did mention to the host at checkout. The bathroom was newly renovated and featured a doorless, tubless walk-in shower. However, the design caused the water to overflow across the bathroom floor after each use. It became slippery and unsafe to walk in afterward — a serious hazard, especially for children or older guests. Location: Located in the Jewish district, the area is very quiet and off the beaten path. It's a long walk from the canal stop, which is challenging with luggage or kids. Unless you're specifically looking for kosher accommodations, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a short or central stay in Venice. Overall: The hotel has potential, but with lingering construction dust, safety concerns, lack of comfort, and poor communication from the host, we left disappointed. Rating: 2.5 out of 5
