Our family had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Great location, close to the main street and beaches, but away from bars and restaurants, so very quiet at night. Extremely friendly staff. Very clean. Delicious and varied food.

The size of a room. We were 4 adults, there was not enough space in a small wardrobe/shelf that was in a room, so with the suitcases on the floor we didn't have any space left to move around. Also balcony is very, very tiny with a space for only one chair and a bit of space to hang wet stuff.

Private parking, good standard breakfast, very clean and most importantly just a few steps from the beach. Everyone was very nice and friendly.

The hotel is quite simple but it has all the needed facilities and considering the price, it almost exceeds the standards. The location is not close to city centre but it is close to a train and metro bus stations, making it a perfect getaway from the busy centre. The beach is nearby, the breakfast was included and plentiful, and the staff was the highlight - extremely attentive and genuinely friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hidden gem and would highly recommend this hotel.

We were in april, so weather was not nice, so in the room was cold. Additional blanked could not provide, but we got small mobile heater. But most disturbing part was sound isolation from room next doors. It felt like we were in the same room.

The bathrooms are a bit small, but since there are showers at all beach bars, it is not a problem to shower right after swimming in the sea and not use the bathroom in the room as much.

The hotel is very clean and nice. The staff was also very polite and could accommodate all our needs during the stay -- in case we needed glasses, extra toilet paper, towels, and shampoos, they were always glad to help us. The location of the hotel is also very nice, as it is a 5-minute walk away from the beaches and is in a lively area with plenty of restaurants and bars. The Metromare (the fast bus service between the railway stations of Rimini and Riccione) is an 8-minute walk away and it reaches the historical center in less than 10 minutes. The breakfast is also exceptional and it is an amazing choice to start the day with some high-quality Italian coffee and food. The rooms also get cleaned every day and the rooms are big enough for 3 people. For the summer days, there is also A/C, which is great for the hot days in Italy. The hotel is definitely recommended!

Hotel is so clean, comfortable with very friendly staff. Rooms spotless and cleaned daily. Ate at the hotel one evening and wish we'd have eaten there more. Breakfast lovely with lots of choice. Great coffee. Will return next year.

It is quite noisy in the late evenings and early mornings. The breakfast menu is rich when it comes to desserts but if that is not your preferred breakfast option then you probably would not enjoy having breakfast in the hotel for more than two days.

The staff is exceptionally accommodating and the room was being cleaned every day.

The photos in the booking.com doesn't look like real ones, room is way smaller actually. They purposely doesn't add bathroom photos to standard room, because it's actually a joke: wc is inside the shower... Bad noise isolation, could hear neighbors talking. Free parking is not actually free. For 3nights it was 24 euros, and parking was 800m away. Everything, literally everything in breakfast menu tasted like it was fresh yesterday or two days ago.

The hotel was a dump. I had low expectations since it was cheap, but apparently not low enough. The “balcony” faced a wall barely five meters away, the photos online must’ve been taken in a parallel universe, and “free parking” means you might find a spot somewhere in the neighborhood—good luck. The breakfast bread? Fresh, but only yesterday morning. And this was in Italy! When we mentioned the issues, it turned into a full-blown drama—apparently, they were deeply offended. The entire place looks like it got stuck in the ’70s, including the blankets.

We had an exceptional stay at this family-run hotel in Rimini! The warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel great from the very first moment we arrived. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with homemade treats that were very delicious. The owners (Valeria and Iacobo) and other staff (Niccollo) were incredibly attentive, to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel's location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach (beach 131) and Miramare attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rimini!

Perfect location,to the beach 2 minutes,very friendly staff,helpfull and nice,excellent cleaning, rooms were cleaned every day,changed towels and bedding if was at least one drop. Breakfast were nice and tasty. Staff will offer to use beach number 131, definitely do it. Also near the hotel is food shop if someone would like to by water o some delicious Italian food 😊 shop is " My Coop" on the Via Marecchiese.
