Can be a bit noisy in the front rooms due to traffic and the late night crowds at the gelateria. The room was adequate, but a little tired. Unusual bathroom layout.

Great location. Just a few hundred metres from the lake and Mo te Brione. Good shopping nearby. A graet gelateria just across the road. About a 20 minute walk to the historic centre, but local buses also available. Staff were excellent. Good breakfast. Excellent value for money.

The Parkinsons facilities are not good.

The hotel is close to the Beach, and the breakfast was good. The restaurant of the hotel is excellent with fair Prices.

Be aware that the hotel reception closes at 10.30pm. We had problems with our car and arrived in time but if I hadnt called to advise then not sure if we would have found anyone or received the key to our room.

Small rooms, very bad smell from the kitchen if you open the windows, retro feeling, old furnitures, a bit far our of the centre and by the main road so can be noisy.

Cleaning service was inconvienient, because they threw out some of our packages which we still wanted to use.

Smell in the bathroom (sewage). Really simple breakfast. No A/C (could be a problem for sleeping for someone due to the noisy main street).

Cheap hotel in the perspective of the (perfect) location close to the lake and city center, however you should expect a higher level of noise from the main street (traffic, bars). Nice restaurant in the ground floor (relatively cheap and tasty pastas and pizzas, house wine). A small parking place behind the hotel, other possibilites for free parking ca. 300 m far. Friendly staff.

The room key is large and heavy. The hall was so Dark with no automatic lights , so one can easily hurt him/herself on the obstacles

Fairly old fashioned, noisy (you hear everything from the street): was good for one night, but it would be difficult for a whole week.

-it gets really hot in the room, there is no AC. (It was only 25°c outside.) Because of that the money is not well spent, because you cant sleep.

-the cleaning lady is supernice! - it has a refrigerator.

Very nice hotel in perfect location. Great view out of the window on the main street. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Great room service. Tasty breakfast with great coffee from local coffee roastery. Parking. Spacious balcony. Ceiling fan. Perfect restaurant downstairs. - We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Shocked at how basic and dated / tatty the room was . On arrival got ignored as they were working in restaurant had to ring the bell three times then got told passport needed at which point they walked off and began serving in the restaurant We were looking into a side street bin yard. Room was so hot no air con and couldn’t lift metal shutters up as do old and dirty . Bed itself was worn and discoloured tatty actually modern bathroom that I couldn’t fault but polar opposite to the bedroom. Carpets on landing badly stained needed replacing . I was shocked. Only good thing was the location and the fact despite the tastiness of the room it was clean.

We had to wait over an hour in the lobby to check in because the host was in the restaurant and was completely ignoring us. Also, we booked a room with three beds but there were only two.
