Good location. Clean room and bed. Good sized room.

The included breakfast was 2 snacks and an apple. If you want a proper breakfast you have to eat out. Room needs more lighting, it was a bit dark

Location was perfect, only 3 minutes from Rome Station.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! They're not at the provided address, they take you some place else, which is really dangerous While at a different country. They broke my baggage too and refused to refund me When i cancelled my booking (cancelled due to security concerns)

1. BE READY TO SLEEP ON THE STREER IF YOU ARRIVE AT NIGHT! the owner refuses to check in at night 2. Breakfast differs a lot from declared(photo below) 3. Location and address differs ( 5-7 minutes walk from address in the description) 4. Cleaning is irregular 5. Stench from garbage bins on the first floor of the building

Very convenient location, 2 blocks from Termini station and Basilica of Mary Maggiore.

Shared bathroom, clothing iron was there on the first night but was not returned by others maybe. Coffee maker was also taken out.

Very kind and friendly stuff , available at any time . We asked for a new fan, and in a few minutes, they provided a new one. The location was near to the Termini station - extremely convenient if you want to take a bus from and to Fiumicino Airport In general, it was a nice stay for 3 nights

Very noisy neighborhood, especially at night and bathroom, was not clean enough. We stayed there 3 nights and they gave us only one towel and in case we needed another one, it was possible only with an extra charge of 2.5€ each.

The facilities were very bad The room was smelly, the furniture was old and not comfortable at all. There was a very noisy fan, I couldn’t sleep because of its noise.

1. Very close to Roma termini and metro 2. Sufficiently clean and apples along with other things given as breakfast helped . 3. Not many stairs to the place . So helpful if you have heavy luggage.

3 rooms have 1 shared bathroom. During Busy time , it might be a problem but we didn’t face any

Location

This is a ground-floor apartment with 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 4 people, and a single bathroom with a shower cabin. At the entrance to the apartment, there is a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee machine, and a small kettle. The furniture in the apartment is mismatched and in poor condition. All the doors creak. If someone goes to the bathroom at night, the creaking is heard throughout the apartment. At first, we were placed in a room with windows facing a small courtyard. The room used to be a kitchen and shares a wall with the bathroom. Later, we were moved to the neighboring room, which is larger and has a mirror; its windows face the street. However, the window wouldn't close as the handle was broken (it still gets quite chilly at night in April). All the power outlets except one were broken as well. The lighting in the room, and in the whole apartment, is done with exposed wires on the wall and a single light fixture, which is not enough to read a book before bed, for example. Breakfast was left for us in a box near the door — a vacuum-packed long-shelf-life croissant (clearly not an organic product), a small juice box, a coffee capsule, and an apple or banana (which had clearly been sitting for a long time). The bathroom has no hooks for clothes, no shelves for shampoo or toothbrushes. At the entrance to the bathroom, there's a bucket with a mop. The shower cabin closes, but leaks through its very worn door. The shower head still works, though it’s quite old and worn out. Mobile reception in the apartment is poor, but there is Wi-Fi. We were allowed to use it for free, although we were told it usually costs €5 per day.

The location and the very reasonable price, for Rome. The friendly and helpful guys who checked us in and gave us the keys.

The ground floor apartment. Loud noise from the street. Noise when people walked on the floor of the apartment above us. No reading lights by the bed. No place to store our things. Old run down building.

We were moved to a better location than the one we had booked.

We did not stay at the place indicated on the map. We went to an office and the person took us 3 blocks walking with suitcases to the address he wanted. Very unstable situation and without prediction. The stay was not bad, but I cannot evaluate the hotel, but the situation in which we were placed by this Guesthouse AVA.

This was the bad experience. They have cheated about the rooms because online they have shown different rooms actually they gave us another place. There is no receptionist and no office, all fake. The bed is uncomfortable and bathroom is not clean enough. It’s not recommended for the families

Staff was nice , location was perfect, room was clean. Value for money 10/10 .
