Very noisy neighborhood, especially at night and bathroom, was not clean enough. We stayed there 3 nights and they gave us only one towel and in case we needed another one, it was possible only with an extra charge of 2.5€ each.

Very kind and friendly stuff , available at any time . We asked for a new fan, and in a few minutes, they provided a new one. The location was near to the Termini station - extremely convenient if you want to take a bus from and to Fiumicino Airport In general, it was a nice stay for 3 nights

you have to organize your arrival time since there is no reception. bathrom not exaxtly private, you share it with two other rooms in the same apartment.

Next to bus and train station and yet nit noisy area. quite close to historical center.

First of all, there was no refrigerator, I had an electric kettle to share but there were no glasses, no spoon, nothing. There was no toaster.

The room for the three of us was fine, relatively close to the tourist spots.

They charged my taxes for my 4 year old son. After Rome I traveled to 5 different hotels around Italy and they told me kids of that age don’t pay taxes. Thats why they scan your passports. This is the law. When I contacted the property they just told me “booking knows everything”. Even that I booked the other 5 hotels through booking non of them charged me taxes for my 4 year old son. I even told them that I understand that they won’t give me my money back, but please check this, because it’s wrong. I payed €35 extra that I was not supposed to pay.

for the weekend we stayed at Guesthouse Ava Roma, our experience was not so pleasant because there was a musty smell in our room and the air conditioner did not work well, I know that we paid low cost but they did not offer a pleasant stay and in the end they did not let us they allowed our suitcases to stay in the lobby of the apartment but it is worth noting that it had a perfect location if you can stay in the bad smell and without air conditioning I suggest that you stay in the heart of Rome and you can travel every point of Rome as it is very close to public transport!

Fair accommodation for the price. Easy to find, great location to discover Rome. Termini railway station and the metro station are in walking distance.

Although the beds were somewhat comfy, the pillows were way too high and hard and the sheets were very flimsy which was fine for summer but I can imagine not very good in colder months. The only other real issue we had was with the bathroom as it was mouldy and the guests we were sharing it with hogged it and didn't leave it in the best state.

The location of ava roma was great as it was right near the train station. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that our room ended up having AC even though it was advertised that we would only have fans. The beds were comfy enough and the staff were friendly enough and answered all our questions.

The shared bathroom is a little janky. There is no air-conditioning. The street is very noisy.

Location is great, right next to Roma Termini. The room was very clean and tidy, same goes for the shared bathroom. Staff was very nice and helpful. The pricing is fair.

The washroom was not good. There were no hooks to hang clothes and it was too congested and very dimly lit. The room was okay but again a bit congested. The guesthouse didn't have a board to figure out which building it is and we initially struggled a bit to figure out the same.

The location is easily accessible from Roma Termini station.
