It was clean, and comfortable and spacious, quite close to everything.

Well, I was traveling with my grandfather who is 83 years old. When we arrived to the accommodation he realized he has been robbed - he couldn’t show his ID as his wallet was gone. The receptionist (MIA) was saying in this case she cannot check him in. I totally lost my temper at this point. Which I’m sorry for. I understand the legal background! However as a host who is experienced and loves to take care of the guests who are coming aren’t you supposed to say to your guest who already paid for your service something reassuring: Okay your grandpa cannot check in, but you can leave your luggage in the room and do the necessities (police, embassy etc) and then come back with a paper. Luckily my uncle had a picture of his ID. But this has been very very very disappointing. They truly need to improve themselves for these special circumstances if they want to continue to host guests. This was my 4th time in Rome, never experienced anything like this before. The room also had some problems, like the air conditioning didn’t really work, also the building is quite old getting in and out was really difficult for my grandpa. There are things to be improved but not as bad as the human side I could live with the building, and the AC but being treated like this in such stressful situation. They need to learn how to work with people and difficult situations and be more welcoming.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed and sheets were comfy plus you can help yourself with some coffee whenever you like. It is also almost across the Vatican Museum and maybe a few hundred dollars more than what I had planned

The apartment is so clean and comfortable. The facilities are excellent with the equipped kitchen and dining area. The location is excellent being a street away from the Vatican City. Buses run at the end of the street which is great to explore the city and very cheap as well. The coffee and pastries for breakfast are in a really lovely cafe at the end of the road. Staff could not have been more helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend this apartment. We were able to leave our luggage safely until our flight home which was very convenient.

Excellent location & room

The room and the property is how it looks like in the picture so it really did it job well.

I did not like the main door as it is always too heavy as if it does not like to let guests enter. You really have to push further. I also did not like the way we were welcomed by the staff/owners of the property as if we had done them something wrong considering we have advised properly the time range we were arriving, and they were actually late and it was raining and we wanted to put down our things and have our late lunch. But we were welcomed with someone who was annoyed, mad or something that he had to rush to welcome us. Being late is fine but I did not expect the attitude to be honest, knowing we are guests and we have paid for it already and we actually arrived on the time range we mentioned. These are things that should be improved. I also did not like the way we were approached. Maybe they had a bad day but thats not our problem. The admin staff were fine and it was also nice that we can leave our luggages there before we exit the property. Overall the property has a nice location, safe and decent and very close to the Vatican. The location does not have a visible signage so you really need to wait for the one who would welcome you. The internet was poor inside the room as I had to use my own mobile internet the whole time I was in the room.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Rome! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Vatican, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and full of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights was the convenience of having a Carrefour market right next door, which made shopping for essentials incredibly easy. The neighborhood is lovely, offering a great mix of charm and practicality, with everything you need close by. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Rome!

Central, nicely furnished, lovely and useful common area, very attentive and helpful host.

The atmosphere was cozy, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. A special shoutout to Mia and sylvia their exceptional hospitality! They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, offering great recommendations and always being available to help with anything I needed. Their warm and friendly service truly made a difference.

lift area, 2nd door too heavy and slim for myself with limited movement in arm, toilet tissue not refilled, easy to see someone in person as not good on phone to chat.

Lovely clean room with everything needed for our trip to Rome! Perfect location to the Vatican! Easy to find out the owner sent us a WhatsApp video showing us clearly where we were and the door to use! High recommend and would defo stay again if in the area

Nothing not to like!

The property is extremely conveniently located, being at only a 3/4 minutes walking distance from Vatican City entrance gate. The Ottaviano metro stop is at a 5 minutes walking distance as well. The stay is located in a charming old Italian building and the elevator is original to the building, which means it opens after half a flight of stairs and has a small opening door. But it does the job and is really charming to those who enjoy history and architecture. The access to the property is keyless and convenient. The staff is helpful and kind. The place is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is at Tre cafe which is a great cafe round the corner in the same building. The breakfast included was smaller than what we are used to, but delicious, and we could order more. Overall we loved the stay and it was worth the money compared to Roman rates.

Nice localization. Nice, friendly and helpful stuff. Cleaning everyday. Complimentary minibar. Everything was perfect. Next time only here.
