The drive from main road was rough……road was very uneven.

The apartment was very nice. It was clean and well maintained.There was also someone available at the front desk. The pool, restaurant and grounds were lovely.

Everything was exceptional. Situated in a great place, with lots of wine yards around. Great place for kids also, with lots of green space to play and explore. Highly recommend! ❤️

The potholes in the road leading up to the property!

The rural location and the typical Tuscan property were wonderful. There was a mix up on arrival about rooms but Rebecca very pleasantly and smoothly sorted it out for us. The rooms are in apartments with a sitting room and kitchenette in what was once a large farmhouse, I think. The staff were all very nice indeed. The food……. Oh so delicious! We had one dinner which was fantastic sitting out with fairy lights under the trees. Wonderful menu. Then we couldn’t fault the breakfasts. Plenty to choose from and all delicious.

the kitchen had only 2 items: spoons, forks, one knife, when you cook something you need to wash it right away because there are not enough dishes. The host provides bicycles, but they are in very bad condition, it is better to rent somewhere else

Clean, air conditioning works, which was important because it was +36 outside, the samples of cosmetics smell very delicious (you can also buy them at the reception). Parking is ok, the driveway is bumpy. The pool is cool, but there are not enough sun beds. It is very beautiful around - vineyards, fields and in the morning and evening the birds sing in a singsong voice

- Uncomfortable bed, mainly the mattress - Needed more utensils in the kitchenette (wasn’t enough to cook proper meals) - Pool time to have designated adults only and kids time - Golf facilities were tired and quite limited - Could expand resort by having an outside seating area or bar area for people to sit out at night.

- Loved the space and tranquility in and around the resort - Lovely atmosphere at restaurant each night - Good pool area with plenty of seats and never felt really busy - stunning location - nestled between vineyards and sunflowers.

It was not clear for me at the time of booking that 2 bedrooms are not two separate rooms but one large room with the loft above. Which was very good for the air circulation but limited parents privacy:)

The pictures gave the impression that there was a gym but in reality it is a warm up room for a shiatsu massage facility. I think it would be good if they put in a few extra cardio items and convert to a small gym

The Restaurant had a great menu and super wine. The location was remote so it is not advisable taking public transport but to rent a car.

It's the perfect place to have a rest after a noisy city. Good location with a maximum 1-hour destination time to get to Pisa or another interesting place in Toscana by car. Very helpful stuff, a good restaurant, excellent breakfast, great pool. I definitely can recommend visiting this place.
