How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Abundance of lengthy instructions pinned to walls and security cameras in common areas may be overwhelming.
Great location in a quiet area, close to public transportation. The room is equipped with all necessities.Kitchen area is shared. There is a fridge and a coffee machine that makes tasty coffee. The host was very accommodating and let us leave our luggage after check out which was super helpful!

ban on eating inside the rooms, although i can understand why such a decision was made. on the good note, there's a small kitchen/dining area for communal use where you can eat your meals peacefully
We really enjoyed our stay there. The instructions to get to the place were clear and we had no problems finding it. There is a tram startion very close to the apartment. The (green) room is really spacious, the bed is comfortable and we had everything we could possibly need - and more. The shower and access to the garden are an amazing touch. The welcome kit was delicious. The space was clean, free coffee was welcomed too. There are good restaurants as well, which is convenient if you want to eat a good pizza after coming back from the city centre. It was an excellent experience and I really recommend the place!

Big and cozy room plus ours had the most magical garden in the back. Very quiet area and the tram station is just 1 minute away ( big plus). Complementary basket with treats upon arrival was a nice touch. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would deffo come back

The rules about food were strict but understandable. On the ground floor it will attract ants if anything spills. I wish the check in process was more clear, being from another country I have to pay for the minutes we were on the phone.
Such a beautiful building and beautiful suite. The largest room I’ve stayed in over 6 weeks in Europe. The room itself was gorgeous, the bathroom was huge. The terrace is small but you have the whole garden to yourself. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Neighbors were a bit noisy but was manageable. I think it's just the uniqueness of the building. It was easy to slam a door without thinking.

It was a bit more far away from the city center, but the tram station just around the corner made it a lot easier!
The accomodation was in a very nice building, everything was clean, the staff was super nice!! We really appreciate little breakfast baskets which we did not expect at all. Also free coffee in a common area along with fully equipped kitchen.

Easy check in process, we called them on WhatsApp and they talked us through the entrance. There was a pack of breakfast goodies that was complementary which was lovely. Good clean facilities. A separate relaxation area where you can eat your food (not allowed in rooms which is completely understandable if you've eaten a saucy, cheesy authentic italian pizza before, it can get messy). Daily housekeeping. Lovely garden surrounding the place.

The location is fantastic and very convenient to arrive to the center of the city, its a nice option to stay in a quiet zone close to the center by tran or even walking. The facilities and the rooms are lovely, and the host was beyond helpful. We enjoyed so much our stay, and its a place I am happy to recommend to anyone visiting Florence.

The tank of the bathroom is noisy - not very important thought

I really liked the place. Thank you. My only comment would be there does seem to be several rules to follow - this has probably come about from guests not respecting the place which is a shame. The hosts prefer no eating/ drinking in the bedrooms but there is a communal area for use, usually I would like to enjoy drinks within the room.
This property was perfect for our stay in Florence. A clean, modern, spacious, well equipped place. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought and effort into their rooms to ensure you have anything you may need - they are also easily contactable if you have additional questions. We liked it so much we booked an additional room for family members to also stay in the complex when they joined us.
