This resort was amazing, we really enjoyed our stay, great location just a few minutes walking to the beach or the pool, nice and helpful staff and the resort is also walking distance to the main street with lots of restaurants and shops. Love the vibe of Budoni! Definitely, we are coming back!

The breakfast must be improved. The cucumbers were not fresh, tomatoes not ripe. You can add something like smoked fish on some of the days, olives, something local - local cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes from the local farmers ect. The other thing was that if you ask for more watermelon or pastry with chocolate they did not have enough to cover the breakfast time. We also did not like that our room was next to the road and when cars were passing it was very dusty. We did not like also that the anthena in close.

It is close to the beach 200-300m. We had umbrellas and sunbeds reserved at the beach. Very calm at the beach not many people even at the end of July which was great. The bed in the room is comfortable. Dinner was good. I like the orange joice at breakfast.

It was silent and not a lot of guests have space here. Everybody gets it's own bungalow. Pool and Beach chairs are for free for the guests.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was quite disappointing — very limited selection and definitely room for improvement. We also didn’t have a good experience with the hotel restaurant in the evening. Even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, the staff didn’t pay much attention to us, and the service felt lacking. The prices were quite high considering the level of service we received. After the first evening, we decided to eat elsewhere.

We stayed at the hotel with our family and overall really enjoyed the experience. The man at the reception was very kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great. We especially appreciated the pool area — there were always enough sunbeds, so no stressful sunbed wars in the morning. Another great plus was the reserved sunbeds on the beach, which made the beach days much more convenient.

As a piece of constructive feedback, our request for sunbeds on our front patio was not approved, which was a bit disappointing, as it would have been lovely to have a comfortable spot to relax outdoors. Additionally, the large antenna near the facilities took away from the otherwise beautiful and peaceful surroundings - it would have been better positioned further away to preserve the natural charm and atmosphere of the place.

We had a wonderful stay at this cosy and well-maintained resort. Everything was clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. The location is perfect - just a minute’s walk from the beach, which is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds belonging to the resort, a definite plus. The peaceful surroundings added to the relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning and a well-sized bathroom. The outdoor pool was large and spotless, with excellent bar service and very friendly staff. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, offering a great variety of delicious local options. We will definitely be coming back!

Very quiet, wonderful beach, close to town and had all amenities we were looking for. My teenage boys loved it and loved the paddle court. Dinner was amazing and the food overall was really good. Incredible staff and wonderful location.

The breakfast didn’t match the standard of the rest of the stay, with a limited selection and room for improvement in quality. On Sunday, the pool was opened to locals with loud music from a poor-quality sound system, which was uncomfortable.

One day there was loud music playing at the pool - not relaxing at all and didn’t seem fitting with the type of guests. It was much quieter and relaxing at the beach.

Really enjoyed staying 2 nights at this accommodation - it felt quiet and relaxed, with a beautiful beach just a minutes walk from the room. Padel tennis court was available to use at no extra cost which was great. The pool is huge and plenty of sun beds available. The restaurant offered lunch food and an extensive evening menu, which was reasonably priced and very good quality. The room was well equipped with fridge, kettle, hairdryer, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would like to stay here again. Only 30 minutes to Olbia airport.

Beautiful resort surrouned by nature. The resort’s sunbeds were on the beach which was very nice. We also had a delicious dinner in the restaurant. Parking place is next to the apartment.

The hotel closed on September 28th, so we couldn’t stay longer.

A very cozy hotel with a luxurious area. There are very few rooms, which creates a sense of seclusion. The grounds are well-maintained. Nearby is a beach with white sand and clear water. The hotel has its own umbrellas and sunbeds, which are very comfortable and beautiful. Renting two sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach costs around 30 euros at the end of September, while at the hotel they are free. The room has everything you need, and it’s cleaned well every day. You can watch your own movies through a subscription or YouTube on the TV. Great breakfasts with delicious coffee. Excellent restaurant. Wonderful staff. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at.

Would definitely recommend Resort Abbaia Ba for a relaxing and chilled holiday. Good base to explore the North and East of the Island.

We really enjoyed our stay at Abbaia Ba Resort. The staff was very kind and the rooms are big, clean and cozy, with a nice garden view. The bathrooms are nice with a big shower cabin. You also have your own outside garden terrace. The breakfast has a lot of options to choose from. I would specially mention the fresh and tasty fruits, freshly baked pastry and delicious italian specialties.

We only really have one complaint, it's a little bit too expensive for what you get. We expected a bit more facilities for the money. For example, they have a HUGE territory, why not put a small playground for the kids. Or for example breakfast was very very basic for the price you pay, can expend the selection a little. We nevertheless had a great stay, but it did feel a bit too expensive for the value

1. Privacy. The bungalow we had was next to road and opposite tennis court. There was no privacy when we had blinds open and the only window was also the entry sliding door towards the court. There is a front garden with low hedge, so just needs more landscaping to sort the privacy issue. 2. Room facilities. There was no phone so we had to call reception from our mobile. There were no hooks for towels in the bathroom, just one rail above bidet. 3. I have suggested that solar heating for the pool would probably extend the season significantly and with unstable climate would be good overall. We found the pool to be too cold to swim in June.

The property is easy to reach from Budoni, has direct access to an outstanding beach, the semidetached bungalows are clean and with modern furnishings. Staff are exceptional. I can see they’ve learnt from past comments and added free loungers at the beach which is great. The room was ready early - always a big bonus!
