Very good location, central connection to bus and train. Apartments were clean, all necessary things were included, equipped with small kitchen and everything you would need for cooking. Host was very friendly and supportive.

Amazing location. 1 minute away from bus and train station. Host Andrea is super friendly and helpful. The room is big enough for two ppl. Neat, clean and new. And they welcome you with lots of snack and supplies.

The fridge was stocked with free water, snacks, coffee, and tea — a real lifesaver in the evenings when we felt like having something. We didn’t meet the host in person, but it was clear he genuinely cared about making our stay great. We followed a couple of his recommendations and had an awesome time! The woman who checked us in was super friendly 😊

The location is perfectly situated, just a 2-minute walk from the train station, which makes it easy to reach the destinations you want to visit. The place is very well equipped — from an iron, to a fully stocked kitchen with everything you might need, to a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, and more. Although breakfast wasn’t officially included, the host provided us with plenty of morning snacks: coffee (both from an espresso machine and a Moka pot), milk, bread, Nutella, pretzels, sweet and savory biscuits. The host is a truly wonderful person who showed incredible kindness. Unfortunately, I had a health issue and needed to go to the hospital. He personally came to take me there, spoke with the doctors, supported me throughout the process, bought my medication, and brought me back to the accommodation. He dedicated a lot of his time to helping me, even though he had personal matters to attend to during that period — and I thank him again from the bottom of my heart. Without his help, it would have been almost impossible to communicate with the hospital staff due to the language barrier.

Pretty much everything! We loved the room, it was quite big and well furnished, it felt like home. It was cozy and made us feel comfortable. Andrea was very helpful with everything, making suggestions about food and drinks and things to do in Bari and he was more than happy to answer any other questions we had. The room is around 15-20 min walking from Bari's old town but really close to the buses' and trains' stations so it's easy to move around in local villages (Matera, Alberobello etc). Totally recommend! Andrea thank you😊

The surroundings of the accommodation are not very picturesque due to its location near the train station. There are quite a few homeless people in the area, which might feel uncomfortable for some.

I highly recommend Residenze Sorrentino in Bari! The host, Andrea, is incredibly kind and helpful—she communicates via WhatsApp and is always happy to assist with anything you need. The accommodation is in a fantastic location, right across from the train and bus station, making it easy to get around the city and to the airport. You can reach the airport conveniently by train, with a station right at the airport exit, or by bus, which stops directly at the terminal. The room was small but very cozy and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette. I really appreciated the Nespresso machine, the traditional moka pot, and, most of all, the complimentary breakfast items that Andrea provides—coffee capsules, tea, coffee, and even milk for the coffee. These thoughtful details made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it's a great place to stay, with excellent accessibility and an exceptionally welcoming host. I would definitely love to return! 😊

Only one thing I didn't like was the shower, I have 180 cm and it was bit problematic. Never seen such small shower in my life :)

The biggest advantage of this flat it's is location, for people who want to travel by public transportation it's the best option - buses max 2 min by walk, trains 4 mins It was our first time in Puglia, so we did decide to visit the most popular places which are perfectly connected and we haven't rent a car Queue for the bus to Alberobello was ending near the doors to our flat. Bus to Matera was like 1min by walk from there Room was super clean, small, but comfortable, it had everything what's needed Comfortable bed What's important - owner is really nice

Extremely clean accommodations. The staff and host were Extremely helpful. They helped us with food locations, called taxi for us, and best of all did our laundry. This stay is better than a hotel. Located across the street from train station and nearby bus lines.

Need some shelves in the bathroom. TV could be a bit bigger since the room is huge.

Very convenient location. Just few steps to central train station and buses for Matera and Alberobello are just downstairs. Apartment is clean and very spacious and has an elevator. Excellent communication with the owner, Andrea. He gave us tips on places to see and good restaurants. Natia made sure we got what we needed. Some snacks, coffee and bottled water were provided for free. They also have a luggage storage room that we used after we checked out since we still had to go to Alberobello. Would have stayed a few more days here but the apartment was already booked.
