How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Nothing, everything was ok
Same like the photos, it was clean and they put a lot of coffee and sweets for us. Very comprehensive host. Just be aware that you have to pay 2EUR per person per night as a tax.

Not the property’s fault, but parking might be an issue if you’re not lucky enough since there are paid street parking options. The property was irreproachable.
Lovely location, walking distance from most of the places we wanted to see, including the bus stop from and to the airport. Very spacious, excellent choice for 6 people! Very clean, fully equipped (including welcome snacks, drinks and coffee) and gorgeous balcony. We really enjoyed our stay!

There is a step in the bathroom that you step up onto to get into shower,;can be a tripping hazard if you forget it's there as the tiles are the same colour as the floor. Other than this there was nothing wrong
Close to station and main shopping street.Also an easy walk to old town and sea front where many tours leave from . Plenty of utensils if you want to cook Comfortable bed. Secure and modern apartment building with a lift.The host allowed us to check in a few hours earlier which was fabulous . I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Since the apartment is facing the streets, we can hear cars and people talking from outside. Light sleepers should be aware of that.
The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Great customer service and communication from Angela. My family and I had a nice stay there.

Nice studio in a very nice area, full of cafes, restaurants, shops, ten minutes from the station and the old town. Late check-in was available which is great for late flights.

Pillows could have been a bit better
Super comfy mattress, quite amazing facilities fitted into one room. King size bed with plenty room to move around it and a full kitchen and a generous sized bathroom. Discounted parking nearby.

Nothing, everything was excellent
Everything was just excellent. Super location, super friendly host. When we needed some help with organising taxi to the airport due to weather conditions, everything was sorted out for us, so massive thank you for this. Definitely, we will come back again.

The lady who accommodates us was rude and not polite. She closedown the telephone call to me, because my flight was late and I was late with 10 min.
The apartment and the location were perfect. It was nice and clean. Everything you need was on place.

In description was written that there is private parking space, but in fact there is no parking for this apartment. You can find public parking (but this one is not safe for motorbikes).
The apartment is on very good location, walking distance to all sites. Also very clean and comfortable.

The owner is very helpful and accommodating. She even waited for me until midnight to access the property due to unforeseen flight and train delays.

An armchair would make it more comfortable rather than having to sit on the bed. There was no tea towel provided, nor any basics for cooking like salt, pepper and oil. I found the bed very hard but that's just personal choice.
A lovely little apartment in a most convenient location. It was lovely to have a kitchen to use, as well as a coffee machine and pods. The area was quiet and felt very safe. There's a good supermarket nearby as well as many cafes. Short walk to the shopping area, old town and train station. Very pleased with my stay and would return again.

Beds were really hard. For somebody that can be adventage but for me and my friends it was disadvantage. Apartament was rather clean although there was few places with dust (lamp in bathroom, and sockets in bedroom.
Very good contact with owner and recepcionist who was also very helpful when we need some information. Location of apartment is really good. Between old town and train station. Quiet area. The apartment is well equipped.
