Everything was perfect.

We had an amazing stay in Tremezzo! The flat was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The view of the lake from the apartment was breathtaking. Mario, the host, was incredibly welcoming. He greeted us in person, gave us helpful tips about places to visit and eat, and even checked in to make sure everything was going well. One of our best experiences booking accommodation—highly recommended!

If you want to visit Bellagio, Verenna, Lenno that’s wonderful location for perfect price. You will live with beautiful view and have the best host (Mario will help you to plan everything and will give the best advices).

Mario the host was by far the best!! We had our elderly mum with us that couldn't walk hills and Mario didn't hesitate but pick mum up in his car to take her to town. For us however we enjoyed the 10 minute walk to water taxi. The apartment is perfect overlooking Lake Como. There is a pizzeria and restaurant close by....fabulous food! Enjoy your stay we certainly did!

The apartment is in a beautiful location, a short walk down to the lake, a few restaurants, ice-cream, pharmacy, and the ferry crossing to Ballagio. We also had hours of fun in the pool, which, despite it being a shared pool, was very quiet, and we often had it to ourselves. Mario is a very attentative host, he checked in on us, and when I told him my son developed a painful rash on his thighs, he talked to his dr friend at the pharmacy and immediately took us there.

The owner Mario was excellent, he advised us trips around the area, shared all needed infos. Apartment was clean, well equipped. Big advantage was washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment. The view on the lake for amazing. Thanks Mario :).

The apartment was in mint condition and very orderly and clean. It was very cozy and we always felt at home and safe there.

The location of the property meant that without a car it was difficult to go out @ night given the narrow roads. Would recommend a car if staying here.

I cannot mention any negative.

Here you will feel like a guest of your loving italian family. Mario takes care of you, before arriving and after as well. (E.g. He organised us a VERY FINE typical local italian restaurant, mmm...) The flat is very clean, well equipped (elevator, full equipped kitchen, dishwasher, steam-iron, washing machine, basic cooking ingredients etc.) It was our first time booking a private host and not a hotel, and it was worth it. We will definitely return ASAP. So will you...

We stayed here for just one night and it location was quick and spontaneous decision 'on the road'. We chose this place based on price and recommendations and I must say it was a bullseye. Apartment is located in calm residential area in small residential building. There is a private pool available for residents and apartment guests which was absolutely delightful after whole day on the road. Apartment has small balcony with amazing view on lake Como. The place is very well arranged and tastefully decorated, fully equipped in everything one can need during stay. Our host - Mario came to welcome us though we stayed just for one night and he is very charming and helpful man. And since one day at Como is definately not enough we know we will stay here again.
