The location was ideal for our needs since we traveled by train and did not have a car. It was a short distance walk from the train station and a short distance walk to all the sites and museums that we visitied during our stay in Florence. The staff accommodated part of our family checking in early and stayed late to check in part of our group that arrived past the check in time due to train delay. They provided excellent recommendations for near by restaurants. They also held our bags after our check out so we could do some final touring and shopping before heading to the train station for the next leg of our holiday.

There really is nothing I can say regarding anything we did not like about our stay.

The location was fantastic. So close to the Duomo and also the station. We were a family of 4 and booked a family room. It was huge and brilliant to have so much space for somewhere so central.

It met expectations of a 3* hotel. In places it was a bit dated but the room was clean and comfortable and also quiet given how central we were.

Location was perfect, the room was very authentic with authentic decorations. Staff was friendly, breakfast very good with very cozy atmosphere.

Noise from the street and from the corridor is rather big at night, isolation is not perfect.

I loved my stay here. The rooms were big and spacious, bathrooms also spacious with lovely toiletries provided. The staff were amazing and helped me store my luggage for a few hours before check-in. There was some noise in the rooms from the reception area and the street but nothing too bothersome. I did wear earplugs to sleep as I'm a very light sleeper. I highly recommend this residence.

The staff were friendly and helpful. And the location was sensational - on a quiet street near shops, restaurants and less than 10 mins from the station and all the major landmarks. Making navigating the city a breeze. The building was beautiful with a shady courtyard to cool off and take a break in the heat of the day. Every morning our breakfast was superb! I cannot rate this stay highly enough!

The desk in my room was a beautiful piece of furniture, the room was spacious and there was aircon.

Barebones brekki but I think that's just standard for Europe.

My sister and I loved staying here! It was a quaint and quiet B&B, very charming. Staff was great (they all spoke English and check-in was easy), breakfast was a simple continental but very good and they made fresh cappuccinos on request. Mostly we loved the location - we were within a 15 min walking distance of everything, and many sights were less than a 10 min walk!

I took off 1 point for the bed. It wasn't the most comfortable and the duvet was light, so we were chilly at night - even with the air off. Also, the view from the window was just "meh".

I knew my room would be small because I booked a twin bed but it was very small. Location was excellent and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It was small. I felt like I was in a cave and I was right next to the the elevator and entrance to floor door. The room was very clean.

Great location, close to everything, vintage looking rooms with beautiful drawings, it was clean, good water pressure, everyday cleaning, and adequate breakfast. Very friendly stuff. It did have a little noise from the breakfast room in the morning, but we were waking up early anyway.

Lovely bedrooms with all the amenities, right in the centre of Florence and very close to the train station and all amenities!

We loved our stay but unfortunately our bedroom was closest to the reception and breakfast area which meant it got really loud very early in the morning unfortunately

Location was great, it is close to the train station and also to the city centre. There is also a supermarket close to the hotel. Breakfast was fine. There are diffferent options of cheese, fruits, breads, even croissants. The taste of the coffee was not great but it saves the day.

There were hairs on the outer side of the quilt, but inner was good. Sound proof of the windows is very poor. You can hear anything moving on the street.

Everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived, to the last minute. The room is very, very great. The staff is so lovely that makes you feel special. We also enjoyed the relaxed breakfast, with a good variety of fruits, bread, cheese and yogurt. And what an amazing cappuccino! The location is even better, 10 min walk to Ufizzi, Arno River, Accademia, Baptistery and Ponte Vecchio. 150% recommended 👌 we hope to come back one day!

This hotel is lovely and very convent to all of the sights around the city! The folks at the front desk are super helpful, and our room was absolutely gorgeous with frescoes on all of the walls. The breakfast was delicious as well, with some fantastic fresh pastries.
