Rooms were exquisite! Location central to everything! EXTREMELY clean and the staff was so incredibly hospitable, warm, friendly, and welcoming. They welcomed us with refreshments and information about Rome and the surrounding area. Delicious breakfast everyday and they even made me delicious sandwiches and coffee on a day I overslept.

The proprietors Antonio and Nicola treated us like family, with a wonderful breakfast everyday and countless thoughtful touches. Nicola is a fount of information for delicious authentic restaurants and gelateria in the area. Their property is spotless and, though small, well-designed.

We had a very pleasant stay at this lovely residence. From the moment we arrived—quite late at night—we were warmly welcomed by the owner, who kindly waited for us and took the time to provide helpful information about the city, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The room was spotless and extremely well-maintained, offering a high level of comfort and cleanliness that exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The location is also fantastic—perfectly situated near many major tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. What really stood out, though, was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcome, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

There is absolutely nothing not to like!

Our stay at Residenza Venti Settembre in Rome was truly exceptional, largely thanks to the incredible couple who run it. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly warm and welcomed, like cherished family members. They went above and beyond, not only with wonderful food and drinks but also by sharing their invaluable local insights, helping us navigate the city and discover all the best places to go. It was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience we've ever had.

Nothing at all. I could not fault the owners, property or whole experience from checking in to checking out of the accommodation.

The location of the property was perfect in the city centre of Rome and within walking distance to all main tourist attractions and landmarks when visiting the city. Both Nicole and Antonio were very friendly and welcoming. They both went above and beyond during our stay and nothing was too much for them. They greeted us on our arrival with a drink and an extra surprise in our room for our anniversary. Antonio took the time to show us where all the sights to see where on the map and how to get there on foot or by metro aswell as informing us of places to be careful when visiting places in the city. I did not book breakfast with my booking but every morning this was provided by the owners with a coffee of your choice which was a lovely surprise and just shows how they both go the extra mile with the service they provide at their family run business. Nothing was too much to ask and both were always on hand to help with anything and provided contact details should we need them at any time during our stay. The room was cleaned daily, spacious for the both of us and a very modern boutique style with 6 rooms in total and the owners living next door.

The location is absolutely perfect, just a 15-minute walk from the Central Station - Termini, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room itself was brand new and impeccably clean. The bathroom was particularly impressive, equipped with all the necessary kits to cater to every need. The sleeping conditions were ideal, thanks to the quiet street outside, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. the owners, Nicole and Antonio - are hospitable and friendly , making us feel welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests' comfort is truly commendable.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like.

Everything! From the moment we arrived we knew we made the right decision. The location is near the embassies so the area was quiet, had great restaurants, and was an easy walk to all attractions and shopping. Antonio and Nicole were amazing hosts. They had great recommendations, were very helpful, and have created a beautiful stay in the city. The beds, linens and products provided were lively. The minibar was complimentary and they also provided a breakfast and an evening snack that were so yummy. There was also an elevator and Antonio helped us with our bags so super easy.

We loved staying here! Everything was new and clean. It was a great location with lots of good restaurants at a walking distance. The best gelato in Rome is just across the street. Antonio and Nicole was such a delight. They made us feel at home. When we first got there, Nicole gave us a map of Rome and explained important information to us. Antonio called taxis for us everyday. Every morning, they provided a delicious complimentary breakfast right to our room. We could not recommend this place enough! It was great!

Nothing really. There are better locations in Rome, but still everything is quite close, in 20 minutes you walk to the via del corso..

Comfortable and clean room in characteristic building, but the best part of this accommodation are the owners. Nicole and Antonio are the most lovely and kind people of Rome.. when you come home after a long day there is a cold Cola and a tiramisu waiting for you. And in the morning they bring a royal breakfast with croissants, fruits and of course the best cappuccino :) nothing is too much for them. When we wanted a day at the pool they made a reservation for us at a private tennis and swimming club.. thanks to Nicole and Antonio we felt really at home.. we will definitely come back! Grazie mille!

The location and accommodation are so nice. We can easy to access for Rome's scenic spots by Metro and bus. Especially Nicole and Antonio are so friendly and kind to support everything. As We were in trouble, however they supported us to solve. We strongly recommend to stay with them.

We had such a lovely experience staying at this charming hotel in Rome, owned and run by the sweetest couple. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us like family—kind, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making our stay comfortable. You could feel the warmth and pride they put into every detail. The rooms were spotless, full of character, and had that old-world Roman charm. Each morning we were greeted with a homemade breakfast and helpful tips on what to see and do, many of which turned out to be local gems we would’ve missed otherwise. Their hospitality really made the trip memorable. It felt more like staying in someone’s home than a hotel—quiet, cozy, and full of heart. If you’re looking for a true Roman experience with personal touches and warm hospitality, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended, and we’d absolutely return.

we stayed here in 2023 and it was amazing back then. so sure thing, i booked this place again for our visit in 2025, and it didn’t disappoint! absolutely amazing stay! Antonio and Nicole are the loveliest hosts, very accommodating, attentive, responsive and just very sweet. the rooms are clean and cozy, location is super comfortable, the gelateria in the corner is the best in town, so make sure to try. Antonio said that they don’t serve breakfast, but every morning he would bring us the most amazing coffee with croissants and sweets - “not breakfast, just a good morning” he said😂🔥 i can’t say enough what an amazing place this is. i will make sure to return here every time i’m in rome! thank you!
