Small for 4 adults. Difficult to find a parking spot, even during autumn season.

Reasonable prize, nice bedroom. Good for sleeping, but small for 4 if you have stay all day inside.

i chose this property only for the private parking written on booking.com. When I reached the property after a long drive, the host mentioned that there is no private parking. Very disappointing as I had to drive around to find street parking. Very unprofessional to write false misleading information on property description

The bed was with hair which made our stay uncomfortable and the sofa bed was very bad especially for children.Lots of noise from next door apartment and smelling weed.The room was different throughout from what it was advertised. We had booked for 4 nights but we left and they didn’t even refund anything to us for the bad experience.

The hot water does not work in the kitchen (even though we were promised that someone would come to solve the problem, we were never contacted), and there is no washing machine.

The apartment is located 1 minute from the beach. The sunrise is wonderful to watch even from the balcony, and the restaurants are a 2-minute walk away. There is a cafe, pharmacy and a small market as you leave the apartment.It's a little bit noisy, because there are 2 terraces where the music plays until 1 in the morning, but at the same time (having your child with youans no one to watch over) you can at least enjoy good music from your own balcony...and when you are tired doesn't matter how loud it is 😀.

I paid for 2 nights, 2 adults and 2 children - before I arrived at the location they wrote to me 2 times to ask me what time I would arrive - when I arrived at the location the bed was not made for children and they asked me to make it me, giving me directions where the sheets and pillows are. miserable, uncomfortable couch - the room is very messy, the shower is in the hall of the canary, the separate bathroom ... only one working air conditioner - that one only in the smallest living room, obviously it has a hard time reaching the bedroom or not at all, only if you go to the maximum and kill those in the living room - which is very small. the parking lot with a payment of €5/day after the railway - walk about 5 minutes. in short: good location, the rest miserable

The only thing that might be a problem with this place is that there are usually parties till late night across the street, for our group it wasn't a problem at all since we were staying up late anyway , but the noise might be a problem for some people (still it's not the fault of the accommodation)

Amazing place to stay at for your holiday. It is located at a good part of the town , close to the beach. The staff was great , quick to communicate and straightforward. The room we were staying at had everything we needed , kitchen was equipped with all necessary stuff , we had an AC unit , everything was clean and comfortable. We also had a beautiful view of the sea from our balcony. For the prize we paid I highly recommend this place , it's definitely a bargain for anyone.

i have informed the owner about the rain water and the gas boiler water infiltration and flooding in th early morning, they came for the repair in the late evening

Small to small for family 2+2 - I do not recommend. Not for long term stay.. Old kitchen appliances like stove, refrigerator and air conditioning did not work after several hours. The worst were the sockets, not adapted to the European Union. I was boiling water for tea in the bedroom! Why the shower is in the hall?

Building is nice. Nice view on beach and sea. Near to the beach. Near to the bar and restaurants. Near to the bus station. Near to the San Marino.
