Great location, convenient 15 minute walk home from opera at the Arena. We were able to leave our bags there when we arrived 2 hours before check in opened. Beautiful spacious and comfortable historic apartment with lovely modern bathroom.

Highly recommended Location: very good, quiet residential area, walking distance to everywhere, to the arena 15 minutes, to old town 5-6 minutes, Apartment has the italian charm, cellings are 3.5 meters high, good taste furniture and deco. It has 4 bedrooms of different sizes. We had the one of 24 sqm. All guests share a big living room, a dinning room and a fully equiped kitchen. Check in and out are both automatic, it went smoothly for us. The only small drawback for us was in the last day of our stay, a few asian women started to cook breakfast at 6 in the morning, it was a bit noisy and the taste was in the air.

The instructions to get entry into the property were in Italian only so we couldn’t understand it. We rang the contact number and the gentleman couldn’t speak any English to help us. We had to ask someone on the street to translate the message. I suggest that when you’ve got English booked in send an email in English to understand.

Intrerior of Residenzia Scaligera is a kind of decent luxury, which suits to city like Verona indeed. Smart designed, tasteful furnishings. Modern kitchen, but I guess from 1970+ (?) as I got born....

I liked everything about this property.

Although there is major construction on Via XX Settembre, the taxi let us off 50 mt. from entrance to building. Huge apartment on 1st floor - elevator available. All entrances accessed by codes. Easy. Our room was huge, airy, high ceilings. Excellent AC in very hot Verona. Two single beds, a sitting area, desk, table & chairs and wardrobe. 3 large French doors - lots of light. Room faces courtyard so very quiet. Large bathroom with all conveniences. Soap bars / liquid soap in shower. The apartment has 4 individual rooms and some common rooms - kitchen & lounge. Supplies in kitchen for coffee, tea and herbal tea. Washing machine and dryer!! Attraction brochures and Verona maps available. It’s a great place to stay particularly if you are going to the Opera Festival. 20-minute walk to or from the Arena. It’s a 5-minute walk to the Due Navi bridge and the historical area of Verona.

The property itself is magnificent! The staff were communicating very efficiently. In terms of the location, the property is located in Veronetta which is the best part of the city, especially if you are looking for something less touristic while being close to the centre!

We stayed here fo an opera performance at the Arena. The whole process was mostly self-service (access with keycode, put city tax in a jar before leaving, etc.), but communication was great and everything went smoothly. The raincoats prepared by the host were really thoughtful, which came in handy when we were caught in a thunderstorm :) There are a number of great restaurants nearby, and we also enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen space for tea and breakfast.

It was odd to be requested to do the check-in via Whatsapp (even sending pics of passports). If something was missing or was needed, also via Whatsapp. This might not be ideal for everyone. Luckily, we didn't have any problems and, too be fair, you could also request to meet someone in person for all of it, but it took time to coordinate.

Beautiful apartment and rooms, just like the pictures. Good coffee / tea and kitchen amenities available. Location was excellent. Super comfortable and spacious single beds. Great air-con.

This property is beautiful, the location is ten minutes walk to the city centre and is a hidden gem. It’s extremely clean, the rooms are large and of a high standard. The team were helpful when we had to make changes to our booking and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent property, spotlessly clean, great location 10 minute walk into centre. Shocked how big and spacious it was, beautifully decorated with antique furnishings. Host very accommodating and helpful. This apartment is a hidden gem so glad we found this !made our trip to Verona that much more magical.

The staircase outside the apartment did not have any lights and can be hard to see when using the stairs.

Located very close to the bus stop. The room was huge and easily accessible. The toilet was spacious and had all the amenities needed.

The rooms were a little bit outdated but that we knew beforehand! This was not an issue !

The rooms were very clean and very spacious. The bathroom was modern with all facilities! Location was good ! Accessing the place was very easy ! When asking for a taxi the morning we left , the host was very helpfull! Price / quality was this a top stay !
