The cars it taxis had a hard time to get there. And preferred not to deliver at door because streets directions did not allow them to go out easily

What a superb, characterful, welcoming retreat. I loved this accomodation. The staff were so so lovely, helpful and warm. The room was so pleasant with air-conditioning and we felt we had great privacy in room 1. The location is great if you want an area that has a heap of selection of places to dine yet still close to fantastic , historical churches and squares. Great place to take photos of old walls hung with masses of ivy. It is obvious that the people involved in this hotel understand what a tourist is looking for. Comfy beds, great service, easy to check in/out and come and go. Well done!!

It would be nice to have reception there for longer, but it was no problem. Can’t really complain about anything.

Very beautiful hotel that was our oasis while visiting Rome. Air conditioning and fan made room nice and cold while it was very hot outside. Friendly staff. Bigger room and shower than we expected. Would stay here again!!

I really enjoyed my stay here.

The location is perfect near lits of bars, restaurants and the river. It's very cute, plain, comfortable. The best thing is the food/wine pairing and meal downstairs. The wine cellar is amazing.

Room cleaning service everyday, not optional (just a personal preference) and the floors are hard and get dirty quickly (this is the same everywhere we stayed in Italy). This is being incredibly picky, because it was an all round 10/10 hotel.

What was there not to like. Mini fridge, shower and bath. Plenty of space for luggage and to unpack, not having to live out of the suitcase. Amazing location, on a quiet street, but just round the corner from amazing food, shops and a lively night time atmosphere. Air conditioning worked perfectly, lovely little terrace out of the sun (which was needed for a June trip to Rome). They gave us all the information required and no key for the room, which was so nice because who wants to be carrying around a room key on holiday. Everything we wanted from a stay and had such an Italian feel that we craved whilst in Italy for the first time.

A tea towel and instructions in English for the washing machine although we worked it out after a few false starts. Also a couple of sachets of washing powder would be helpful

The location was ideal, close to everything yet super quiet. The use of the downstairs lounge was so good. Also, the girls at reception were extremely lovely.

There were not negatives but building does not have elevator, and you have to climb 2 flights of stairs , so that would be a problem for people with mobility issues . To us it was fine. The shower had low water pressure.

The apartment had everything we needed to stay comfortable during our stay in Rome. There is a kitchen that we could cook breakfast , the location was very central and although the area is very vibrant , we could sleep well without noise .

Please place friction strips on the bottom of the shower. The shower floor was very slippery when wet.
