The location was central, which was good.

No lighting in the stair wells, which when using the stairs when dark is extremely dangerous, and I was on the top floor! Also, a door handle fell off and when I reported it, I felt like they were accusing me of damaging it or removing it. The socket by the side of the bed was loose, and therefore I did not use it.

Perfect location for a Verona visit. In the middle of the old town and all the key places to visit can easily be reached walking - even with small children.

I wish the checking process with passport check was done through booking.com; we were hesitant to sent pictures through WhatsApp Also, it wasn’t clear that the rooms have a fridge. That should be listed.

Location was perfect. The accommodation was comfortable clean and the balcony was a plus with a lovely view. The owner was so accommodating as we arrived early and they allowed us to go into the room early. I would definitely recommend it.

The only negative for us was that there was only one coffee pod per person and plastic beckers. Maybe a kettle or more coffee pods would of been better.

Location was amazing in central historic area beautiful building. It is really close to Juliettes balcony plenty of cafes and small shops and short walk to other attractions. Would highly recommend beautiful room with gorgeous view from balcony.

Excellent location, very close to the centre on a quiet piazza. Easy to get to - take the 73 bus from the train station. Lots of very good restaurants and shops nearby. Very safe location and a little park you can sit out in was close by. Nice to have free water daily put in the mini fridge. Efficient air conditioning. Instructions to pick up the keys at the property were fine. Small but great supermarket just round the corner.

Basic but large room could do with redecorating. Bathroom also looking shabby but functions fine. Don’t book if you can’t deal with 2 large flights of stairs (this was fine for us). A bit over priced.

Very clean, lovely big bed, fabulous location. Lovely host - the “blurb” about the accommodation and communication via Bookings.com came across as quite blunt and verging on rude - in reality, speaking to him and WhatsApp, he couldn’t have been nicer!!

One of the handrails in the communal staircase was loose but that is not the fault of our host - a building issue I think.

Nice View: The view from the apartment was pleasant, which could have been a highlight.

The key pickup location was far from the accommodation, and the time window provided was too short, making the arrival stressful. The building’s door did not close properly, raising concerns about the safety of our belongings. The owner even contacted us to report that people were attempting to enter the room, located in a shared apartment, further heightening our sense of insecurity. The terrace, while present, was far too small and dirty, making it unpleasant to use. The apartment was in dire need of a refresh. The walls had marks and dents, and a simple coat of paint would have made a significant difference. The sheets had stains, which is unacceptable for a rental property. Lack of Cleanliness: The bathroom was in a deplorable state, with peeling paint and what appeared to be mold in some areas (see attached photos). This space was far from welcoming.

Centrally located, close to shopping and restaurants, though out of the busy streets and traffic. I loved the cute little plaza where it is located. The building is beautiful, wel maintained, and clean. There is a restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient. Easy access from the train station (the taxi was only 12 euros), The suite was spacios, neat clean, comfortable, and with beautiful views to the plaza! The complementary water and coffee were a plus! Our host was very helpful and provided clear instructions to pick up the keys. Highly recommended, it's a great place to stay in Verona.
