Perfect location for a Verona visit. In the middle of the old town and all the key places to visit can easily be reached walking - even with small children.

The only negative for us was that there was only one coffee pod per person and plastic beckers. Maybe a kettle or more coffee pods would of been better.

Location was perfect. The accommodation was comfortable clean and the balcony was a plus with a lovely view. The owner was so accommodating as we arrived early and they allowed us to go into the room early. I would definitely recommend it.

Basic but large room could do with redecorating. Bathroom also looking shabby but functions fine. Don’t book if you can’t deal with 2 large flights of stairs (this was fine for us). A bit over priced.

Excellent location, very close to the centre on a quiet piazza. Easy to get to - take the 73 bus from the train station. Lots of very good restaurants and shops nearby. Very safe location and a little park you can sit out in was close by. Nice to have free water daily put in the mini fridge. Efficient air conditioning. Instructions to pick up the keys at the property were fine. Small but great supermarket just round the corner.

One of the handrails in the communal staircase was loose but that is not the fault of our host - a building issue I think.

Very clean, lovely big bed, fabulous location. Lovely host - the “blurb” about the accommodation and communication via Bookings.com came across as quite blunt and verging on rude - in reality, speaking to him and WhatsApp, he couldn’t have been nicer!!

Amazing location for the city, tucked away off the main street. Lovely view from our balcony. Lovely little bar below. The accommodation was perfect for sightseeing location. Clean, modern. Check in was simple and somewhere to store bags.

The masterbed was super hard. To take a shower, you needed to hold on to the showerhead.

It's was clean, big, and it was a min away from Romeo and Juliet location.

"We accept no complaints" is the beginning of the first contact after booking. Thanks for choosing us…. had been more accommodating …. This is not a hotel - agreement regarding the delivery of keys is very difficult, which will take up some of your travel time. This must could be agreed upon when booking. Incidentally, it takes place in "Verona's luggage room", Via stella 16 – nice to know.

Location, location, location - very central with 'shortcuts' to the major attractions. Thanks for free water and coffee on arrival. Free WiFi also.

Nothing as such just a note that due to the age of the building there is no lift to get to your rooms but stairs. The WIFI or is not working or not switched on, not sure. However, the area is covered by Verona city's WiFi so you should be able to connect to that instead.

Great room in a great location. Clean, comfortable bed, good bathroom. Cute balcony with chairs. Good size modern bathroom. Quiet road but nearby to restaurants and shops.

All the restaurants are located downstairs, so there might be some noise until midnight.

Residenza Navona Verona is perfectly located in the center of attractions, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean and convenient. If you’re looking for a place to stay in town and close to everything, I highly recommend it!

Directions as for how and where to pick the keys to the location and apartment did not reach us till we were actually there and had to go back to another place. There was no reception which we were not aware of, and the communication with the facility associate was unpleasant and disappointing.

It was the perfect location to explore Verona. Close to everything we wanted to see. Prior to arriving, communication via what’s app was clear. The lady we collected the key from was very helpful with our questions. The other reviews comment on the noise from the bar underneath but for us it didn’t seem too loud and it just added to the buzz of the place.
