The fruits at breakfast were over ripe, not edible at all 😅 It would be really nice if fresh fruits could be served.

Location was amazing, easy walk to everything. Beautiful space, sorry comfortable. Some hiccups in the AC unit when we first checked in but property manager was super responsive even though it was after hours. Gianmarco was very helpful and flexible in trying to resolve the situation for us, great experience!

We got used to the very small lift, just be aware of you have lots of luggage but I imagine it would be the same anywhere in Italy. unfortunately we didn’t like the breakfast. for us there was better options locally, but adequate for others.

Amazing location and Big spacious room with a fridge and good sized bathroom. The staff were friendly and very helpful at giving us restaurant recommendations which we regarded highly and were so grateful for some of our best food in Florence. Thank you so so much.

Air conditioning was a little temperamental. The staff were very accommodating and quickly fixed it for us, but I didn’t like to ask when it stopped working for the third time.

Great location/base to visit all popular Firenze attractions. Very clean and quiet. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Liked the traditional feel of the building.

I think breakfast could be started a little earlier say 7 in the morning. Also, common self washing with drying facility may be provided if it chargeable also.

Wonderful spacious apartment adjacent to a beautiful piazza with many restaurants and cafes. It’s a 10 min walk from the train station. You are walking distance to most of the tourist spots.

If i did have to choose, i would say there didn't seem to be any hotel lounge or bar for evening relaxing. However the piatsa outside was fantastic for restaurants and wine bars.

Very helpful staff who even stayed open later as our flights were delayed. Rooms are clean, great breakfast, and central to all the tourist spots.

Only one mirror in the bathroom above the sink. It would be great to have a full length mirror in the bedroom.

Fantastic location. The bed was so comfortable, I slept really well. Great, helpful and friendly staff. We checked in after 7pm and the self check-in instructions were really simple.😁

The breakfast was wonderful. Just wish the eggs were hot. The maid noticed that I added a blanket to the bed from the closet, because I was cold. The next day she added a nice comfy light weight comforter to the bed when she made it up. Very nice and thoughtful.

The accommodation is just a services room. It doesn’t feature any hotels amenities. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing but one to be aware of pre stay.

We absolutely loved the location! And the period features this gave the room a real romantic feel.

Didn't like that we have to use the keycard for power. We had to take it out when we leave the room so when we come back there is no AC and it took awhile to cool the room. Breakfast could have more variety.

Love the location! It is very convenient as it's just steps away from all the major attractions - shops, restaurants, EVERYTHING! I couldn't have ask for more. Modern & clean room with nice bedsheets/towels :)

The people who live upstairs are a bit noisy, the sound of footsteps are very loud especially during the night,also sometimes during the day.

Coffee was great! And the maid is also kind and friendly, have to say the serving table is not that big so don't expect it is gonna be a rich breakfast table, but it is definetely enough for waking one up at the morning. Location is superb, and the residenza itself just speaks for history and art, classic and stylish.

Only view was from one window in the hallway, the other 2 are pointless to have windows but anyways we're not there to look out the window! Another negative is the bathroom door is inconveniently placed right next to the bed, almost touching whoever sleeps on the left side. Maybe changing orientation of the room would be an easy fix. Add a long mirror in the hallway is also an easy fix, there are no long mirrors unless we missed it. There is a tea kettle but no coffee machine. Half bath could use soap dispenser. Entry way of the building is stinky but we found most of Florence streets to be stinky so nothing can probably be done about this.

Very modern, clean, everything felt new. Even sheets and towels felt clean and new. Location was excellent. Staff was kind. Breakfast which was included was standard. There is an elevator. We originally were going to be 3, a couple and sister, the room was perfect size for that because bedroom and full bath have a door that closes and a hallway between the bedroom and the living room. We didn't need the sofa bed after all but was nice to have as an extra space. There are closets in both spaces and air conditioning in both spaces. There is a half bath which is also really nice for a larger group.
