I wish there had been a breakfast option before 8:15.

Very friendly staff, exceptional rooftop. I was traveling alone and felt like the staff would have been very attentive had I needed anything or had any problems. Really an outstanding value and a great experience.

This is a small old place with tons of character and charm. You simply cannot get a better location. It is in the middle of the forum--literally. The owners are so kind. Restaurants all around. Neighborhood is safe.

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL VIEW!!! My family and I had an amazing stay with Rome at our fingertips. The staff were very welcoming and the guest house felt very safe and tucked away. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

If anything to improve, it would be nice to be able to change the temperature of the AC if needed. This being said, during the time of our stay we didn't have any complaints about the temperature!

The hotel was great, staff extremely friendly and instructions clear when we arrived after the reception had closed. Location was a walking distance to Colosseum and Trevi and also nice restaurants near by! Breakfast was organized by a restaurant next to the hotel, which also turned out to be great and the staff were helpful and friendly there as well.

Amazing location overlooking the forum. Very nice rooms in family owned historic building. Superb rooftop terrace to watch the sunset over the Rome skyline. Great, friendly communication.

This is a fantastic building in a great location, with charming vintage decorative, top of the roof with competitive view. This property even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The host patiently waited for us and was very friendly and responsible, giving us a thorough introduction to the house, as well as nearby attractions and local food spots, everyone working here is exceptionally nice

There wasn't really anything to dislike!! Perhaps a full length mirror might have been handy.

The staff were so lovely and very helpful. The air-con was super! It was a very hot 35 degrees when I was there, so it was badly needed and worked brilliantly. The breakfast in the nearby restaurant was lovely too. Great view from the roof. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. Great location! Monti is a lovely neighbourhood. Great little restaurants nearby. I felt really safe as a solo traveller. This guesthouse has real old school charm.

What a perfect location…everything is walkable or a Metro stop away (closest Metro stations are Cavour & Coliseum). Hosts were excellent and the rooftop views are absolutely stunning! Our room was BAITA. We shared a common area (kitchen & dining room) with another room. My dream is to return to Rome one day and stay here again. Nothing beats a medieval tower.

Everything was perfect.

We liked the location, it is in the heart of the city, so everything was pretty close. The classic design of the room and especially painted ceiling. At night the property was very quiet. Big bonus is the terrace with an incredible and breathtaking view. The stuff was amazing and very helpful.
