Perfect location and great communication with managing agent

Would have been nice to have had a blanket, or similar, rather than just a top sheet on the bed

How amazing the location was!! It was right in the center and very easy to access especially with the introduction video.

The bathroom was separate but we were made aware before arriving just took a little getting use to

We liked how central the property was and how easy the check-in/out was. It was nice and cool - welcomed on a day that it was 34°. We appreciated the water in the fridge and coffee. We also appreciated the recommendation for breakfast places to go to the next morning.

We were in a room that seemed to be internal with the windows not looking out onto a street or anything pleasant. I probably would have preferred a room with a window with a view.

Friendly staff, amazing location just behind the Arena and 5min from Piazza Erbe. Clean, spacious with small terrace and espresso amenities for a good start of the day.

Location was good.

No response from host re: checkin when we got to apartment. Had a young Italian couple staying at same location not arrived, we might not have ever gotten in. The young man had another phone number for the host and had been trying to reach her. He finally got through, and we were able to get in. But only because he spoke Italian. There were no big coffee cups, just espresso cups, and no utensils for eating in the room. There were only 4 coffee pods for 2 adults staying 3 nights. As I often do, I removed the sheets from the bed to make sure I had not lost anything in the covers. I discovered two huge blood stains on the mattress. Ugh.

-Great central location -Spacious room, with an additional area set up as a children’s room (with a double sofa bed) -Renovated and modern bathroom -Quieter than expected based on other reviews — some noise, but nothing disruptive

1. Old and Small Elevator - needed to go up and down 2-3 times to take our staff (e.g stroller) e.t.c. 2. Heater of the house , and other mechanical equipempt is in the entrace of the room (can be hidden behind a plaster wall with a door or something.

It was clean and comfortable, close to the centre.

Took too long to get in, staff member on the phone was not very friendly, and inefficient in getting us into the building.

Great location

One plastic chair to sit in. For a couple travelling, this is difficult and uncomfortable.

Clean, spacious apartment. It had an espresso machine and check in was easy as well as check out, responsive staff via WhatsApp

the room was not as on the picture! In particular it was not described that room would be on the ground floor… on the picture room was a bright one with nice curtains in reality windows were up near the ceiling and I felt like everyone can knock my window at any time… completely different. The person told that this is the last one available and nothing can be done about it apparently

The property is right next to the Arena in the heart of the city! There is a paid parking at a very reasonable price nearby.

There was a small hick up with the communication with the management. I hope it was just a temporary issue with their communication channels.

There was coffee capsules and machine to make coffee, but no mugs/cups so coffee just for display. Ants In the kitchen area on the countertop and floor.

The location was excellent! Perfect for opera weekends!

The only problem was the bathroom which didn’t vent properly and mold began to grow due to the humidity. The staff IMMEDIATELY took care of it! Otherwise very clean and no problems.

Excellent location, very close to the Arena, clean with good bathroom facilities.

It was a self check in and the video on how to get into the apartment was only sent after a screenshot that you had paid the city tax. This was fine for us but maybe not for everyone who may find this a bit complicated. The entrance outside the apartment was a bit grotty and there was a smell of gas (inside the apartment was fine and all electric). I alerted the owners to the smell of gas after we left.

very noisy neighbors from the next floor... they bang the longest at night, in the morning from 5 am there is noise and screaming again... completely no rest and the neighbors were asked to be quiet, but they ignored it
