We were in a room that seemed to be internal with the windows not looking out onto a street or anything pleasant. I probably would have preferred a room with a window with a view.

We liked how central the property was and how easy the check-in/out was. It was nice and cool - welcomed on a day that it was 34°. We appreciated the water in the fridge and coffee. We also appreciated the recommendation for breakfast places to go to the next morning.

1. Old and Small Elevator - needed to go up and down 2-3 times to take our staff (e.g stroller) e.t.c. 2. Heater of the house , and other mechanical equipempt is in the entrace of the room (can be hidden behind a plaster wall with a door or something.

It was a self check in and the video on how to get into the apartment was only sent after a screenshot that you had paid the city tax. This was fine for us but maybe not for everyone who may find this a bit complicated. The entrance outside the apartment was a bit grotty and there was a smell of gas (inside the apartment was fine and all electric). I alerted the owners to the smell of gas after we left.

Gaining entrance to the accommodation very frustrating if you were not tech savvy but we eventually got two nice girls come and help us out . There was no space that you could make a bit of breakfast or glasses for cold drinks .The Pillows need replacing and could do with two more.

It was clean and comfortable everything you needed but on the basic side. The security was great felt safe . Once we had sorted entry the help we needed was readily on hand

The apartment is very convenient for couples. It offers exactly what you need for a comfortable stay in an amazing location in town center. The apartment we got faced the back of the building so it was really quiet and calm. Its spacious enough if you are traveling with large luggage. It was very clean and fresh. Would recommend!

Whilst a lovely building the entrance into the apartment is quite off-putting potentially for some. Maybe some modernisation would help.

Staff were helpful, particularly with recommendations. Room was clean and modern with a comfy bed. Amazing location and very difficult to fault. We would without a doubt recommend staying here.

The place was really clean, had loads of Space and was well located. May need a refresh: windows are old and do not close well, making the apartment cold at night and noisy. Also the AC was not fully working and there was no heating. We only stayed one night so it was ok but i would not have stayed longer.

Noise from the road was very loud during the night, we live in central london so used to traffic noise but we woke up a lot from passing cars & even people walking by talking. Not the properties fault but worth mentioning for any light sleepers. Perhaps also needs so extra pegs to hang towels.

Everything was great, a lovely big room with towels, hairdryer, toiletries & coffee machine (Room 2). Communication with the owner was also great through WhatsApp and the check in / check out process was easy. Very close to the Arena with lots of restaurants nearby, walking distance to the train station too.

Room was good , but minimalistic, with only a few pieces of furniture. And could be a bit noisy in a street sometimes, but it’s is not a hotels fault.

Great for a short stay, convenient location in the historic centre. Clean room, with mini fridge and coffee machine, all was very good. A wardrobe to hand clothes would be great, but for a short stay is not a problem.
