- shower takes a long time to heat up. - was sometimes had to find staff when you had a question. But we resolved this by calling an available number or messaging via booking.com. - my partner was served a food item she is allergic too at dinner. Despite this being declared and acknowledged by the team. It was a side dish so I just ate it instead. But given allergy information was asked for. Would have been good to have seen more care taken to ensure this didn't happen.

- Very tranquil location. No road noise at all. Just birds. - The pool was lovely. Temperature was a little chilli but would be absolutely fine if you stayed in summer months - small sauna which heated up quickly. - breakfast was excellent. High quality with a very good selection. - dinner was an excellent quality and good value - Rooms were clean and well tended to - beds were comfortable - the whole resort was spotless and very clean - good shower pressure

Breakfast is served from 08:30 which is very late. Maybe that's Italian standard i dont know.

Nice staff, very helpful. Everything was very clean, all from the pool area to the rooms. Resort is located in the middle of nowhere and is nice and quiet. Great parking and excellent service for EV cars (free charge)

The location is great for day touring in Tuscany. One of our days were in the Mediterranean Sea early am, and Siena for an early dinner. Le Versegge is lovely and quiet. Sitting at the pool with friends before dinner was delightful.

Le Versegge was perfect for our stay in Tuscany. The grounds and pool are lovely. Having a restaurant (great food and service) on site was a bonus. Location is perfect for day trips to surrounding villages, small towns, beaches and even to spend a day in Siena. All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We highly recommend.

Very pretty, peaceful resort, with large rooms, and lovely pool and nice breakfast included. staff was very accommodating.

The only critique would be that the shower in the bathroom as quite small. It was difficult for me at 188cm to actually use the shower without knocking the glass door open with my elbows or turning slightly.

This location was very enjoyable and well located for my family (spouse and two kids aged 7 and 4). The property is quite lovely, quite, and the access to the grounds and pool are great for young children and parents alike. The property location is well situated with great access and easy driving to the coast and beaches. The room we stayed in with two bedrooms was very comfortable and having a small kitchenette and living room area made it an easy stay with plenty of space when we were actually at/in the room. The breakfast was very good and had plenty of options so as to accommodate the pickiest of eaters. At the time we stayed, it appeared all the other guests had children as well. Definitely a good property to stay at with kids.

The woman who works in the afternoon clearly had little experience and was not helpful when we needed to have some repairs done. Communication with the hotel was only received in Italien. Booking.com is extremely difficult or impossible to contact

This is a no frills motel. If you need to stay in the area, this motel is decent. The manager (who only works in the morning) is very nice and helpful . We had some plumbing issues and in the end the repairs were completed and a credit was issued for the inconvenience that we had to endure. I'm not sure how anyone gives this property a score of 9? It is a 7, not more!

Reception was never open and there were no staff at the resort except for cleaners and one person for breakfast during a very short time window 8.30-10am. Reception did not have any opening times, nor did anyone answer the ‘emergency’ phone number when called several times. The wifi was also very slow or did not work some days.

Many living creatures in the swimming pool, and the fear of mice in the rooms. The walkways do not allow suitcases to be pulled, as they are loose stone paths, which means you have to carry your cases a long way to your accommodation from the car park. Total darkness from the car park to your room after midnight, and unable to approach your room at this time without being soaked by the irrigation systems!

A/c worked well, and the beds were comfy.
