The room was big and clean. All amenities for a holiday inside the room. The hotel is near small villages and beaches. The manager was helpful and friendly.

The terrace is really close to the neighbours so very little privacy outside. The showers are really small. The apartment is quite expensive considering the location on the island.

We had a two bedroom apartment which was comfortable and clean. The beds are ok. The view is super. The pool is nice but small when it gets crowded in the late afternoon. Tergu is small but has the necessary grocery shops, two bars and a good pizzeria.

The bathroom and the kitchen could be freshen up. The equipment is a little old. The shower door was broken.

We had a good family time. The location is okay for those, who travel by car. Le Farfalle is a calm place, great to relax. Spacious terrace with nice view. Great Host - Iveta was very friendly and helpful. She gave us lots of advice, that made our stay more fun. She really does great job! Thank you Iveta and best wishes from Poland! The room and the pool were very clean.

There was nothing in the kichen, beside dishliquid. No spices, nothing. Also extra payment for an aircondition 15EUR/day. There should be a usage meter, not a fixed charge for the entire day. The walls are thin, so you hear almost everything from your neighbours...

The residence has a private swimming pool (maximum depth of 1.3 m), open from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. The kitchen was reasonably equipped, missing only an oven. Beds and bathroom comfortable. Iveta was very nice and helpfull. There are two restaurants/bars adn two shops in the village.

the kitchen is tiny and very basic. you won't find many utensils and just one glass and one plate for each (we actually had to request an extra fork because there were only 5 and we were 6 which they supplied that same day). The bathrooms are of a good size but the showers are tiny, you can't actually turn around inside the shower (it's probably 80cm by 80 cm) I doubt a big man will be able to shower there. ants, ants everywhere, we had a constant battle against ants that crawled out of light switches and walls. these were tiny ants and not a super big deal but it was a bit annoying. The kids really enjoyed the pool which is open from 10:30 to 12:30 and 15:30 to 19:30. Also a flat fee of 15 euros per day for the aircon use seemed very excessive, especially if you just wanted to use it for a few minutes. luckily being in the countryside there was always a breeze that didn't require turning the aircon on, but a metered system would be much fairer.

it's 10 minutes away from really nice beaches, it has good parking. nice pool and views.

Really beautiful environment, great accommodation orientation, sea view, swimming pool in the middle of the complex. The room had everything we needed, a kettle, a washing machine, sunbeds and mats for the beach, umbrellas, etc. Since we had a rental car, we were able to explore and get to know the hidden corners of northern Sardinia. Thank you Ivetka for really great tips and recommendations. Be sure to eat at the Rocca Ja restaurant, a great experience.

Maybe is not common in every place but could have been provided a couple miniatures shower gel/shampoo/couple of soaps for example, at least for one or 2 uses, we arrived first day late in evening and nearby supermarket was already closed to buy some, so it would have been very handy :)

Fabulous location in a authentic countryside atmosphere. Because we had a car was very easy to explore Sardinia being based at this location, but if a person does not have own means of moving around, it can be difficult to see all the wonderful places. Apartment was comfortable, loved the balcony and the views to the sea and countryside specially by the end of the day having a glass of wine, extremly relaxing and beautiful. Was super easy to cook, all facilities were provided. The staff was very friendly and very helpful!!

There were some ants in the kitchen, but in this climate it is normal I guess.

The area of the place is amazing! So quiet, peaceful.swimming pool was always very clean, playground for children was a nice touch. Also Lady who is in charge of property is very helpful and nice! We loved the stay, thank you!

The property needs a more comfortable couch in the living area . Some of furniture could be modernised.It would be nice to have some cleaning liquids in the property.The outside of property needs cleaning and old van removed .

An apartment was old, not even close to what you see on the photos, stinky and with terrible odor, full of ants and insects!
