It was located in an older part of Cagliari which is full of character, but very accessible to the rest of the city. The apartment was ideal, and our hosts had organized a continental breakfast each morning at a very friendly local cafe with great food - and our hosts were very helpful with any requests that we had. The upstairs terrace area of the apartment building had magnificent views across all parts of Cagliari

The uphill walk back from the square 😂, but that is not the property’s fault

The location was amazing, only a short walk to the old sqaure, a few minutes to all the biggest tourit attractions. The rooms were big, clean!!, they cleaned our room and changed our towels daily. It was truly a great experience.

Slightly difficult access in a narrow street so taxi has to stop down the road.

The rooms were comfortable and the little rooftop terrace has amazing views. No facilities for breakfast but you get a token to eat at a very nice cafe down the hill. Great location in the old town opposite the stunning cathedral. Quiet. Clean. Roberta on WhatsApp very helpful when we couldn't get in and she ordered us a taxi.

Brilliant place - the room was much more like a studio apartment, with high ceilings, plenty of space and a beautiful veranda. We needed to access late in the middle of the night and the staff accommodated this wonderfully.

A hook for the shower hose would allow for a shower in the bath but this is only a very mild inconvenience.

We had the spa suite which was very spacious and great views. The terrace also had fantastic views. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night and wiykd love to have stayed longer. The touch of small chocolates and small bottle if sparkling wine was great. Roberta, the host, was exceptional in her communication and restaurant recommendations. The spa bath was great facility. We were lucky enough to meet Roberta on our way out. Would totally recommend this hotel for a stay in Cagliari.

TV location could be improved.

Great property with superb location. Rooms are very large, well equipped, with a balcony, AC and ceiling fan (a big bonus!!). Roof terrace with panoramic view is excellent.

Great location in old Town. Excellent communication from Roberta re location, check-in, where to park etc. Breakfast arrangement at nearby Cafe was also excellent. Would recommend.

The apartment is in an ideal location. Access to the rooftop is a nice bonus. Breakfast at Di Candia café was a very good choice. Included in the price were coffee, water, and a croissant. Additionally, if you wanted to order something extra, that option was available and it didn't cost much. We even went there for lunch because we liked the place so much. The host was accessible and provided all the necessary information. We found the self-check-in process very convenient.

We were asked for passport details on the morning of our arrival, which was a bit of a faff as we were driving at the time. A minimum of 24 hours notice would have been better. You need to diligently follow the instructions to access the apartment to the letter as it's a bit challenging especially using the lift. The walk up hill to the apartment could be challenging if you are not fit.

The room was a nice size in a great location right in the center of the old town. We were given vouchers to use a local cafe, which was for a coffee and croissant.
