Access to the property was awkward as owners didn’t communicate through Booking.com instead through Whatsapps, which delayed our entry into the property.

The mattress was too soft & poor quality pillows (Ikea). I should have been sent the check-in code in advance without having to message and ask for it!

Check-in was done by telephone and we had some problems getting into the apartment with the lock code. However a key was made available from the lock-box.

Very good location close to old city and shopping, short taxi ride from the station. Nice roomy apartment with air-con and good kitchen. Comfy bed and reasonably quiet area.

the bottom door, wished we had been shown how to use them properly, the gated door by the lift and the main door, otherwise priceless

When you arrive there is no reception. It is similar to air bnb they send you a msg with codes to enter the doors. However you need wifi to receive the messages. It’s also 2.5km from the station and no bus on certain days so you have to walk at least half the distance to the arena to get a bus.

The air conditioning made a loud noise every time the compressor worked, and was annoying, but I'm sure the owner will manage to fix it soon. That apart, everything was ok.

We were on the ground floor so the windows were high so couldn’t look out of it. But apart from that we loved it.

I loved that it was so close to Verona center and having a kitchen was a bonus. It was nice having an apartment bigger than a hotel room. Ally was very helpful and friendly. I loved the added security of the door automatically shutting.

Central location close to the shops. Large bedroom with basic amenities making for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive and sent instructions proactively on WhatsApp for checking in and physically met us at the property. We were also allowed to drop off our luggage prior to check in. They also sent a list of recommendations for things to see/eat/do in Verona which was wonderful.

Just as constructive feedback. I believe that the bathroom will benefit from a shelf to put your toiletries, make up etc, as well as in the shower to put your shampoo etc. Also a full size mirror will be great 😃

Spacious room and bathroom. I was greatly surprised with the room size. The bed was comfortable and the location is great you can walk everywhere. Even the room on the ground floor is not very noisy. I enjoyed my stay!

No bin in the kitchen which was weird only a small sanitary one , both the windows were broke , one did not open and one did not lock ,

We had difficulty checking in, instructions not entirely clear, but quickly and easily resolved the misunderstanding with one call to the helpful hosts. The cleaning lady came in to clean the room 15 minutes earlier than the stated check out time while we were still inside and had to wait for us in the front until we left at 10:00.

It was very clean and comfortable, good location in Verona, very beautiful and stylish place, good communication with the host😊

The location, there was lots of space, it was convenient having a password instead of a key, I appreciated the elevator to take our luggage upstairs

Great location in a secure building all opened with key pads. Comfortable bed and the air conditioning was great to have. Coffee pods and machine a nice extra. Lots of help in finding the place from Nicolas and places to visit etc.
