Couldn’t complain about anything.

Pia was always quick to respond to any issues we had. Best breakfast we’ve had since we’ve been in Italy. Fresh orange was an added bonus for breakfast. So many added extras were a bonus. Staff were exceptionally friendly and obliging. Location perfect and paid parking 200 metres away. € 10 a day.

Nothing it was perfect

Home from home, beautiful accommodation , extremely welcoming. Breakfast was lovely outside on the patio. The room was comfortable with home comforts that made all the difference. Free minibar with water each day in the fridge. On our wedding anniversary we were left a present in the fridge.

We had an amazing experience during our stay! The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and fully equipped with great amenities. The location is ideal, close to everything. We especially want to highlight the hospitality of the staff – everyone was friendly and incredibly helpful. The young woman at the front desk was exceptionally sweet, polite, and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Desenzano. Highly recommended!

A small, cozy establishment at Desenzano, just 2 - 3 minute walk from the lake! The room was clean with everything we needed! The bed was very comfortable! The staff was really great!! Especially Alison was always willing to answer our questions and help with everything we needed, making our stay unforgettable!!

Welcoming staff and an easy check in despite arriving in the evening. Comfortable, clean rooms with air conditioning and a lovely home cooked breakfast served in the garden area. Fantastic location; 15 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk down to Desenzano old town, an abundance of restaurants and boutique shops as well as the ferry terminal for trips to other locations around Lake Garda.

Everything about our stay was amazing! From the easy self-check-in to the kind hospitality to the comfortable rooms and home-cooked breakfast, we had a lovely time from start to finish. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! 1000% recommend We were also within a 5-minute walk of the town center and lakefront.

Our stay was fabulous!!! Would totally recommend this place if staying in Lake Garda, Desenzano. The host was so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Beautiful little courtyard where we had breakfast. The room was lovely, so clean, as was the bathroom. About a 15 min walk from the train station. We had to leave early to catch the train and they gave us our breakfast to take away, lovely freshly baked croissants! Absolutely consider this place if staying in this area of Lake Garda.

This boutique b&b is really even better than how it looks in pics. Pia especially made everything perfect for us:) I also told her that this was the cleanest, cutest place I’ve stayed in Italy so far and I have stayed so many times around and believe me I’m too picky about cleanliness. Our room “dreams” was exactly like in the pictures. me and my husband really enjoyed our short stay, short walk down to beach, the breakfast😍 and they even kept our luggages for us when we want to explore a little longer at the end, thanks for all and we’ll definitely be back💞

I'd like everything.

The location is very beautiful, close to the port, the room is clean, equipped with everything you need, you receive a bottle of water from the host daily. The breakfast is amazing, the omelette with cheese and ham made by Livia is extraordinary. Pia is very friendly and helps you with everything you need. I highly recommend this location

What a brilliant little find ! Both ladies who looked after us were fantastic hostesses. The facility was in a great order and a pretty hot location about 10 mins from the buzz of De. Del Garda . Walking back up the hill at my age was the only challenge 😂😂.Lovely breakfast in a lovely room.

Location was great, close to centre. Aperativo on arrival was a nice touch, breakfast was lovely and the choice extensive. Room was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities.

Pia and her staff were outstanding, friendly and helpful. The property is very well located. One can experience the everyday life of the locals in Desenzano, have a very quiet night sleep and walk to any needs a traveller might have. The courtyard is peaceful, the breakfast room is bright and airy and breakfast was perfectly cooked and served by Elison with charm. If a problem arouse, Pia was there immediately to trouble shoot and fix. Cleannesses and comfort are some of our priorities when booking, and those were definitely accomplished. There is an excellent laundromat at a couple of blocks away and parking was close by. Hearing the children on their way to school was also a delight.

It's a perfect place. The building is beautiful and it's nicely situated. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable. But most importantly - the host and the stuff are the most lovely, hospitable, and helpful people I've ever seen.
